Airlie Beach Trading Post Souvenirs QLD

The Airlie Beach Trading Post is amazing. After having picked up some incredible pieces 3 years ago when there, I called recently asking if there were any left. Tamara gave me the most incredible service I have EVER received. I cannot thank her enough for the trust and communication she shared. I recommend this place highly. Incredible range and great prices.

It has so much variety in the store, not just the typical Australian tourist items. The staff was lovely as well and wrapped up my items.

lots to look at many choices however after making a considerable purchase for gifts and returning home to give these out discovered two of the 4 fridge magnets purchased were missing their magnets disappointing - after contact with the business on this site regarding this received no response so disappointing to pay for something incomplete while they were detached from the display stand somehow the magnets remained behind

Very over priced, Chinese made souvenirs.

I had the worst customer service experience ever at this store. The female attendant was extremely rude, unpleasant, and ill-mannered. She forcefully grabbed the item from my hand with complete disrespect, and her sarcastic attitude only made things worse. I decided not to make my purchase due to the rudeness and lack of professionalism. I definitely do not recommend this store.

The woman working on Sunday 24th October was absolutely disgusting. Abusing people in the street, extremely rude, the “souvenirs” are made overseas and ridiculously priced. Would not step foot in the shop. She’s a piece of work and does not deserve the business. Save your money and go elsewhere!!

Went to the shop to purchase some souvenirs. I also was looking at the rain jackets.
The woman behind the counter was extremely rude. She snatched the items out of my hand.
I obviously went elsewhere. Do not go here. They are not worth your business!

The woman opening the store 30th March was the rides person I have met abused us about wearing masks while we were still on street would never step in this shop again
