I had Bella as my hairdresser, she was amazing!! So kind, thoughtful and accomodating. She’s a wonderful staff member. Would ask for her services again!! All round a lovely treatment and experience.

Staff are amazing. My hair was cut so perfectly just the way I wanted. Can't wait to go back in 6 weeks and get another cut.

Indi was amazing! The service was beautiful! Made me feel like a million bucks and understood exactly what I wanted!!

First off I am so glad this store is cashless, this shows management is doing there part to ensure the safety of their staff, which it has been for most of the year and the signs are displayed front and centre so you can't miss them at all and the signs have always been there. Great customer service as well! Always feel so welcomed coming into this store whether to buy products or get my hair done! The staff are full of knowledge and work amazing together the entire vibe of the store is incredible! Those that complain about a store being cashless clearly don't understand the dangers of carrying cash can be these days with constant thefts these days. Management is clearly doing their part to ensure a far more safer working environment here in Townsville.

Went in today and got my hair refreshed and toned by Maverick, they did an amazing job. Did more for my hair in two hours than my hairdresser has done in months! They were super professional and lovely throughout the whole appointment, I can’t wait to book in with them again fantastic work !!!

Today I got my Septum pierced with Destiny!! She was very professional, checked to make sure my anatomy would suit the piercing and explained the entire process/ aftercare. She made the whole experience really enjoyable which calmed my nerves down a lot! So happy with my piercing, definitely recommend going to Hairhouse for your future piercings. Thank you again Destiny!

Indiana did an amazing job with the cut and razor work, knowing it was a mess walking in. Not often do you come across salons with a barber as well. I left there feeling so good. Will be back for sure. 5/5 highly recommend

Big thank you to the lovely colour consultant who managed to find me the perfect blonde. And the superb job Maverick (cool name) did transforming my dry, frizzy brown hair into a sleek cool blonde. As I have fine, short hair I have struggled to find a hairdresser that knows how to cut it well. After showing Indy a photo of the style I liked, she did a great cut that didn’t cost a fortune. Would highly recommend her for any short style cut!

Got my seconds done here, piercer Destiny was the best! Felt really relaxed during the process and she was easy to talk to and knew what she was talking about. Would go again :)

I have never been to this salon but I am giving you 5 stars because jasmine is my hairdresser in Melbourne and at my last hair appointment with her she informed me she will be relocating to Townsville and working here.
Jasmine is beyond brilliant at what she does and she has been doing my hair since she was an apprentice. When I first went to see her my hair had been broken off by another salon and my hair was short (above shoulder length), choppy from my last haircut and just damaged! From day one she consulted me and created a plan for my hair and I used the products she recommended. It’s been about 4 years and my hair is the best it has ever been since having jasmine look after my hair. She gave me the colour I wanted before someone else broke it off and we’ve even changed my colour here and there over the years and my hair has absolutely no damage! It’s no longer short and chopped into, it’s just exactly what I wanted from the start and exactly what she promised me when I first sat in her chair. I am devastated she is moving but non the less I believe she has passed me over to another talented hairdresser! Best of luck Jasmine and let me be the first to give you a 5 star review before you start your new journey. Your amazing!

Travelling through, really needed a hair cut and didn’t know anyone. Hairhouse Warehouse recommended by the lovely girls at the Body Shop. Went down, met the truly delightful Georgina and asked for maximum style with minimum fuss and something youthful. Georgina knew exactly what I was after and did a fantastic job. Couldn’t recommend her too highly (even though her Grandma won’t let her cut her hair). Thank you sweetheart! Well done. 😊
