Great service, very helpful staff. So greatful to Laura who served me this morning helping me find what I needed. She was so kind and understanding about our situation. Thanks so much, my favourite bunnings store in Townsville.

I bought some plants and a few orchids. The staff are friendly and Brenton is extremely knowledgeable.

Roland was very helpful, understanding what we needed, finding the product and placing it at the front counter for easier, quicker pick up. Thanks! 😁

This store is layed out very well, is friendly and air-conditioned and clean with uncluttered aisles. Plenty of room for manoeuvring the wheelchair. Excellent.

The better Bunnings out of them all in the area. Good quick service.

Great bunnings, not so busy it is annoying (usually) and busy enough so you are not alone. Come one come all. Little kid trolleys for some photo opportunities with your little shoppers. Have a snag in bread with onions, mustard, and bbq sauce, if you have stella taste such as myself

It is a Bunnings store that has nearly everything that you need to have for jobs at home or at work. What I do like about this store was how really friendly the staff are and knowledgeable about there products in this particular store, if you don't know what you are doing and you what to know how it's done the the staff here will put you in the right path, as they did for me.

We would like give a special thanks to Heidi for your kindness and help to us on bringing our chair home on Friday 10/2 Pm! The store was about to close and we were struggled to fit the chair in our little car (we thought it would fit but unfortunately not). Your kindness truly made our day and it felt really warm to meet a kind person offering help while we literally felt stuck. I absolutely love my Ryobi 36 V cordless lawn mower which was merely 2 years old. It has been reliable, so easy to use and constantly used to mow not only my lawns but my neighbours nature strip and my two children's yards. It suddenly stopped before Xmas. It was under warranty, so I went back to Bunnings.
Rob in the lawn mower section (Fairfield) helped me so professionally, courteously, knowledgeably and generously. I am very grateful for his help and genuine assistance. He also helped me understand how to maintain electric equipment, which I had little experience with.
Thank you Rob, you make Bunnings service provision, exceptional.

Amazing environment and lovely staff and great store

Helpful staff. Top show to the staff tonight 18.04.23 in the tool section. Cool heads and great patience. Thanks to the guy there who helped me rig a castor to fit a bird cage where one had to think outside the box. I got home and it worked no worries. No glue required either 🙂. Other staff I encountered were also friendly and helpful. Great stuff keep it up you are appreciated 👍 👏

What wonderful staff they have at Bunnings Fairfield Waters form the two young men that helped get some corregated iron to the lovely young Kimberly from the service desk for all the help in delivering my sheet of iron after I couldn’t get it in my car ,this is my favourite place to shop , a big thankyou to the lovely staff there 🥂
