Always friendly staff, good parking option underneath, lots of food variety and well stocked. It’s inside a little shopping centre with a chemist and bottle shop which makes it a convenient place to shop, and still convenient for the quick shop stops too.

Made an online order during isolation but only 4 out of 11 items were delivered. Called the store and one of the lovely ladies (unfortunately didn’t get her name but think she was a manager) dropped it off herself. 5 out of 5 for service

Easy to shop and a great shopping centre

I find the experience of shopping at the Ridge a pleasure thanks to the very friendly staff. Must mention the butcher shop had the best cattleman steak the other day. Thanks for all the assistance .

Our favourite Woolies in Toowoomba. Underground car parking and located close to other shops. Clean and well organised and friendly-staff remember you as a local shopper. They stay on top of their trolleys and baskets which are always available. Has a light feel and is spacious in the aisles. Open until 9pm is very helpful. Just has a nicer feel than some other locations.

The lovely chap that served me was very nice and helped me carry my bags (roast chooks are very heavy). He then taught me how to make tabooly and gave me a usb with demos of his band. His music is terrible, but he is a great chap. Will shop.

Went in to Woolworths at The Ridge at 9am this morning (Friday) and the place was packed. Staff did a brilliant job at keeping the lines moving, rotating staff, maintaining social distancing rules and cleaners coming through disinfecting stations. Great work all round!!! Well done!

Just got back from holidays and had to do a shop. When I got there I was confronted with some people panic buying and a shop full of customers. Despite this sea of customers all staff members were kind, friendly and doing their best. There was an organised system in place to deal with this large inflow of people and they even offered complimentary Minties to everyone waiting because it’s definitely times like these we needed one. Thanks again to the amazing Woolies team. Keep up the great work 👏🏼

I always shop here because it is convenient for me not having to go into traffic or crowded areas. Easy undercover parking. Love the convenience of having a chemist butcher newsagents all in the one area.

Nice supermarket to shop at ... found all I was looking for.

It has underground parking which makes things easy and it is less crowded then the Coles next door. It’s actually a lot larger than I thought it would be and it has a decent selection of vegan/vegetarian options....especially considering it’s location. It also seems like the whole shopping center is taking the fight against covid-19 very seriously with various precautions in place.

I shopped at Woolworths this morning and left my bag hanging on the trolley after I returned it. The trolley man found it and handed it in to the main counter. He saved me so much trouble and inconvenience. Thanks Woolworths for having such a nice honest employee.
