Really friendly staff, generally very good assistance and service. Even if it is small it is always open when I need it and they always whatever I need. Happy to have such a lovely chemist close by.

If you are paying by cash and you have the Indian pharmacist attending, be aware he will possibly short-change you. It happened today and has happened before. There is a reason this pharmacy has so many one star reviews.

Incompetent and rude. Pharmacist said he would order in a vaccine the doctor had prescribed for me - but didn’t. So I had a wasted trip and lost half a day’s work for nothing and the doctor had a late cancellation. These things happen and I would have forgiven it if the pharmacist had apologised, but he didn’t.

I've walked in here twice now & haven't been acknowledged by staff. It takes a few seconds to say "Hi, I'll be with you in a moment" but I haven't even gotten that. I've had a script in my hand on both occasions so if the customer you're currently serving is taking up too much time, a quick "Sorry I'll just get this person's script in" also takes a few seconds but apparently the staff here can't multitask or even look up from what they're doing to see other customers. Calling another staff member to help is apparently out of the question too. I won't bother going back there again.

I wish I could say this place was incompetent but it’s worse. My fiancée came in to dispose of needles that she uses to administer insulin. She’s a type 1 diabetic. The staff assumed she was a drug addict unloading smack into her eyeballs every day and brushed her off, refusing to serve her and not directing her to a pharmacist that could take her needles for disposal. Never coming here again.

I’ve been trying to get someone to answer the phone for almost a week. I don’t live close but I wanted to check if I’ve left my wallet there. Can’t even answer a phone as a pharmacy is a huge no no.

Opening times lie. "Temporary" hours posted outside the pharmacy say open 8am. 8am rocks around, I go around to the doctors and they say pharmacy won't be open until 8:30-9. Why have temporary hours posted if you can't even follow them.

Terrible service the pharmacist was terrible didn’t ask me if I wanted the prescribed brand or the cheaper brand, she just gave me the cheaper brand!
She was short and very rude would defiantly not go here if you can help it!

I don’t see how hard it is to appear ‘closed’ online or advise with an automated phone prompt that you are closed when you are, in fact, closed. Sloppy.
