I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Paun came highly recommended to me and she superseded all expectations. I have had upper/middle back pain since I was 27 due to poor posture/sleeping position. Since falling pregnant this has become more painful. Paun worked extremely focussed on releasing my intercostal muscles along my spine & this has easily been the most targeted massage I think I've ever had. They do offer private health but it is WELL worth it anyway!

I come almost weekly, had surgery and started with Lymphatic drainage which helped more than I thought, now moved on to remedial on Antonia"s advice.
Antonia is amazing, professional and welcoming, the privacy and location is excellent...love, love, love.

I have to tell you my experience with Puan she is an absolute angel . For 4 weeks after an operation I was in so much pain from I was told a trapped nerve in a neck muscle I was almost crying (not I must say from the operation it was the way I had been laying after.) I went to see a Physiotherapist 3 times , after each visit I wasn’t any better &the last one much worse than when I started , I was recommended by a friend to see “PUAN” so I did , she treated me for 1hour which was at times quite painful BUT no pain no gain,
I walked out of her clinic floating on air it’s now 24hours since I saw her and not the slightest bit of pain only from the pressure of her magical fingers,I have another appointment with her in two weeks and can’t wait, just to have her magical hands on my back neck & shoulder again . By the way I am almost 75 years young……

I have been seeing Puan for a few years now and watched her business grow,
Puan worked on my lower body today as I have been struggling since I've torn my meniscus in my left knee I've had physio and pool exercise to get not alot of relief, After Puan worked her magic today I actually walked out of there much better knee is obviously still sore but she managed to loosen up all connecting tissue and muscle.. I can highly recommend Puan she is very professional and has a lovely clean practice.

Never had any sort of massage before. Puan basically just save my entire body. I had a deep tissue massage and eased out all the tight muscles and she focused on all the problem areas.
She is very skilled, professional and friendly.

Puan is amazing, even at the end of the day, she is full of strength and gives a mean therapeutic massage. Even an hour goes too quickly!

I was referred to Puan by a friend and have never looked back. 12 months ago doctors diagnosed arthritis in my frozen shoulder and could only recommend surgery with 6 months rehab. Not good when you are reliant on your arms confined to a wheelchair. Since going to Puan, my shoulder is no longer frozen, has full extension and by having a full body massage, my health has improved because of greater circulation. I can’t recommend Puan high enough. She has given me my independence back. She has improved health and with that beautiful smile, who wouldn’t feel better. Thank you Puan. My life is better because of you. Peter 😄
