Always shop here great staff without exception last 5 years, shocked to day around 2 pm, the way Kylie spoke to my wife over a incorrect pricing and location of item .Supervisor was excellent as usual, and price checked ,but Kylie proven wrong, made completion of sale difficult ,
not customer friendly as rest of staff, may be better away from customer interaction. Screamed her name at my wife, when asked her ID . No reflection on rest of staff their great, I guess that's why I was shocked. Respect goes both ways..

I had a product that was out of date I spoke to the manager (Jess) she’s lovely and amazing to deal with gave me a refund. Customer service was a 110% very good staff

Always can pick up stuff from this store that my regular Woolies doesn't have in stock..

Easy parking also Hany to have KFC subway and McDonalds all in the one area and a fuel station there as well.....

Surprisingly large selection of produce and assorted goodies. Staff were very friendly and exceedingly helpful. Reasonably priced as usual.

You always help with items that are not in stock. And being partially disable I receive plenty of assistance with my groceries. Your staff are always friendly and eager to help.

I Love coming to Woolworths Kirwan, I have been coming here for years, even before the renovations. It's has easy parking and also provides all the essentials, I want and need.

A very convenient place to go and grab what's needed when you just want to get in and out. They can have a limited range, being a medium-sized Woolworths, however, usually you can find what you want. They do have a bakery and delhi.
