The staff have always been friendly and most helpful with very good knowledge on their range if footwear.

Huge range of quality footwear for all ages.
Store well laid out.

Enough parking, used the toilet while there recently.

I was fortunate to be supported by Lisa in choosing the good pair of work shoes.
Lisa was willing to allow me to try different insoles giving me a better fit and great support under and around my feet.
I can’t speak highly enough of the team here as they offer a great selection of styles, great prices and they put up with me trying on the same shoes more than once, each time with different insoles.

Over 30 years shopping here. I still remember my jelly gumboots as a kid. We live in another state now but always make the visit to grab hubby's work boots when we are on the Coast. There are few family run stores left with such great service, and so many staff having been there decades. It's charming.

Genuinely helpful staff. They have a huge range but I needed something they didn’t have. They ordered me exactly what I wanted and I got them within a week. When I arrived back with problems they had a shoe smith to recommend but were then able to sort it out via warranty. At no point did I feel like I was going to leave without a solution. Sooooo refreshing thank you

The best shoe store on the Coast! I have been to quite a few shoes stores and one major department store looking for shoes. Not all of them but most were small on Customer service but big on price. As soon as I walked through the doors of Shu Valu I was greeted by their friendly and knowledgeable employees. I have difficult feet and find it hard to find shoes. Well, Shu Valu has an enormous range of high quality shoes that I could actually afford! They could not have been more helpful. I was so impressed by their service and affordability that I will recommend them to everyone and won’t shop anywhere else! Thank you, Shu Valu!!!

If you need shoes, this is the place to go. The friendly staff are more than happy to assist you with your selection but if you just want to browse they'll happily leave you to it.
They have a great range of too quality shoes for work, formal or casual. Sports shoes much cheaper than competitors, all good brands too.

I have been purchasing work boots from Shu Valu for over a decade now . I strongly recommend this business. Its a huge place that covers the whole family . Regarding work boots , I find it hard to find a long lasting boot without zippers...after chatting to the lovely Lady about this she informed me that most of the workboots on the shelf have zipperless options ,they just have the room to show them . Just ask, and these people will do all they can to help you out.

Just want to give a shout out to Lisa who gave me exemplary service when I ordered a pair of shoes online. She went out of her way to be helpful and accomodating of my requirements. Initial order was not available so she actually sent me photos of an alternative to look at. I was kept informed of shipment at all times and can't praise her enough for her help.

Wow !!! The biggest shoe shop I've seen for quite a while. There's a massive range here especially when it come to work boots. The staff were also very freindly and super helpful. I ended up grabbing some Redbacks for myself and picked up a cute pair of sandals for my little daughter, which she absolutely loves.

Good value combined with a huge range of quality shoes. Large store with parking out the front. The front of house staff are fantastic. Best shoe store on the Sunshine Coast.
