I am very disappointed with the service at Bizwize in Joondalup. I am a small business and was transferring from Quickbooks to Xero. The wrong BSB was entered on my invoices, the starting balance for July 1 in Xero was incorrect and when they assisted me with opening up a Xero account they register themselves as the administrators. One email and 2 phone calls later, I finally got the administration rights back! It took all of five minutes. In all, a very disappointing experience.
