I’ve been travelling in a caravan for the past 6 weeks and obviously overdue for an adjustment! Booking online was easy.. Steele from Absolute Heath was both professional and knew his stuff. I’ve been seeing Matthew regularly for over 3 years now, specifically for better movement, less pain and ongoing maintenance. I cannot recommend Mathew Smith highly enough. Prior to seeing Mathew, I had all sorts of spinal complaints but now he has largely sorted all my issues and I only have to go in sporadically when I feel myself out of alignment. Mathew is warm and friendly, has a great bedside manner and takes a genuine interest In his patients. He is extremely intelligent, and has an immense knowledge of most things medical. Prior to seeing Mathew, I was sceptical about seeing a Chiropractor due to previous experiences but Mathew has changed my perception, and now I feel that seeing a chiropractor regularly is essential for your overall well-being.

Had my first appointment yesterday. First of all Liz was so professional and made me feel very welcome. Matthew was extremely knowledgable, explained everything, told me what I’ve been doing wrong and very passionate about his profession. I’m glad I booked in and has given me hope to finally fix my pain. Highly recommend!

Absolutely sensational business. Well priced, clean, caring, professional and straight to the point.
I started dealing with Plantar Fasciitis before Christmas 2023, in one foot. I bought all the gear that everyone recommended, gel heeled insoles, moon boot, sleeves, rollers, etc. I went to the GP and was advised to keep doing what I was doing and that it can take years to overcome. It flared up in the other foot too and got to a point early Feb '24 that had me limping everywhere. I literally hobbled into Absolute Health on my first appointment in agonizing pain with each step at both heels. At the end of that first session, I walked out with 70% relief, and an understanding of what the root cause of the issue was and the rehabilitation process to get on top of it. I was back to literally running that following weekend. 3 weeks after putting in the recommended work, the heel pain was gone. A month and a 1/2 later, I have a better understanding of my body, age and how to manage it so that I don't have to deal with debilitating Plantar Fasciitis again.

Matt explained to me that the root cause is different for everyone and the key to fixing it is to working out and understanding that specifically to the individual before you commit to all the gear.

I was holidaying in Mooloolaba when I ended up with neck and shoulder pain from sleeping awkwardly. I booked a visit with Sabrina who made sure she understood exactly where my pain was, then spent the next 30 minutes working on it. I'm able to move much more freely now. The clinic in general was excellent - making sure I knew exactly where they were, where I could park, and confirming my appointment.

I managed to get a last minute appointment and Sabrina was amazing.
Very knowledgeable and friendly.
She helped ease the pain I was having and was able to give me a few tips to help going forward.
Highly recommend and will use again in the future

My daughter saw Steele with an acute back issue sustained whilst training on Sat morning. As we were in town for a tournament the next day, Tammy very kindly fitted us in with half hour notice. Steele was very thorough, professional and kind, and even researched and recommended local chiros in Sydney for us to continue treatment when we got home.

I was able to get in quickly and my Physio was skilled, knowledgeable and friendly. With an EPC from my doctor I had no out of pocket fees. Super happy!
