Just like to commend your team for excellent customer service during the latest installations on my 4wd (12volt system and rhino rack). Special mention is Josh with his outstanding customer service, patience and professionalism. Went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my setup. Highly recommended.

My partner had a new info screen and head unit put into her car. We initially went somewhere else that was in our suburb but found the staff condescending and unhelpful.
When we arrived at Autobarn at Domain, they were very busy but made time for us. My partner just wanted to be able to use Apple Carplay and wasn't looking for extra gadgets. Darcy directed us to a well priced and reliable unit that suited her needs.
After looking at the installation parts it seemed her model car wasn't supported. But Darcy did accept that and thought outside of the box.
He managed to order the parts from a supplier not usually used by them.
After waiting an extra week for those parts (he advised us of the wait) we got the unit installed in a prompt manner and Darcy even took time to explain how it all worked and help sync her phone to the new unit.
To look at the installation, you would think it was meant to be there as a genuine part. It works extremely well and there was no mess either from their work.
We can't thank Darcy enough, he guided us from sale to installation.

I have been learning about my Jeep and getting it trip ready - The staff at Autobarn have made this a dream and helped with roof racks, airbags, second battery, lights. I can’t recommend them highly enough. They put me totally at ease and always have a solution.

Felt like I was one of the family. The blokes there knew there stuff and helped me select the right products for my car. They even fitted my new wiper blades for me and then carried all my purchases out to my car as well. Thanks guys @ the new Domain Store

Needed a new battery for my car and there was none on the shelf, Rochel organised one to be delivered the next day for me, and Joe did a great job installing it for me in the heat. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Big shop with a huge range. Then i needed an oxygen sensor, nothing was to much trouble. These guys are great.

Wow wow wow a huge thank you for service well over and above. With computers down Rochelle still managed to find all the parts I needed so I could have them for a service on my van.

I am so very very grateful to both Rochelle's for the amount of time they took to source my parts and still rang me to tell me their system was down but still doing their best to source everything I needed And kept me up to date every step of the way.
And they achieved it even sourcing one part at another store.

Just bought a new battery this morning; Cameron went above and beyond to firstly try to jumpstart my car, then fitting the new battery in even though I wasn’t near the shop. Thank you Cameron, great service, polite and helpful throughout.

I went there for a tyre iron for our son's car & got new wiper blades for my car too. The young man was very helpful. We enjoyed a great chat while he fitted the new correct blades then fitted them to my car. A very happy experience. We have been there before, it's fairly handy in locality to our suburb. I will definitely go there again when the need arises.

I went in to buy cables for a replacement car stereo head unit. I'm no expert in car A/V but the staff member was incredibly helpful, with nothing too much of a hassle. They didn't have the cable in stock as it was quite an old part however they ordered it in for me, and I had it within the following week. Very surprised and pleased with their great service.

Shané sold me a dancing solar Hawaiian car accessory and I’m disappointed to say, it don’t work… other than that fact, she was very helpful in my decision to get said accessory, I just hope next time it do work, ya know.
