Jo and Martin were friendly and so helpful in assisting with my selection. They offered expert advice without being pushy. Price was negotiable and they gave me time to think on the purchase overnight. When I returned to buy the item the next day they remembered me and welcomed me into the store. A happy experience all round. I would recommend the store for your next jewellery purchase.

I was served by Kylie and Jo, and they were absolutely fabulous to deal with. They helped us find the perfect 10th anniversary presents. Just the right help with no pushy sales people qualities. I was also spoken to at my height - as I am in a wheelchair. This is a change to being spoken down to. I hands down recommend these guys for service and quality jewellery.

Jenny had spectacular service. My partner wasn’t sure which watch he was after and she helped every step of the way. We told her colour preferences and the event and she gave us many options. She wasn’t pushy at all and the whole environment was very friendly and family like. Will be recommending to my friends! ☺

Martin is an excellent example of customer service. We have bought a few items from him. If you are wanting jewellery look no further go see Marti at Wallace and Bishop. I have shopped at numerous stores before but not never got service like this! He will look after you :)

Purchased a gold chain as a gift today. The service I received was impeccable and the staff were fantastic. Martin was 100% invested in making sure I was well looked after and got exactly what I was looking for. Will most definitely be returning and would recommend.

Last Monday, I dropped by Wallace Bishop to have a look at a couple of silver and gold rings. The ladies were so warm, friendly, and helpful. Jo and Jillian were really lovely. Jo was very patient with me, very accommodating, and very helpful. The next time I need a piece of jewelry, I am definitely going back.
