I had the pleasure with dealing with Carol at the Sunshine Plaza QLD store.

She is a gem. Her grace, dignity and the way she held herself up was beautiful to see. She has so much class.

Her product knowledge was nothing but perfect. She really knows her stuff.

She was a delight to deal with but also fun while being professional.

You are very blessed to have someone so passionate and professional to work for your lovely company.

Karla who was also working had the biggest smile. She brought something different to the shop which was special.

I’m writing this in as you only get negative reviews these days but I think good customer service should be acknowledged and rewarded.

I look forward to shopping again.

The young girl who helped me was so kind and patient, she helped me find the jewellery for my wedding day and I’m sure I must have tried on everything in the shop but she was patient and supportive the whole time. Wonderful experience, will be coming back again
