Very good valued for money and quiet. We were fortunate to have a self-contained accommodation when we walked-in during a winter peak season. We family of 3 were happy and so is our dog. We would defo come again. Cheers.

We arrived in MT Isa at 5pm Christmas day from Longrach.With our dogs and two small children. We had been on the road for 2 days already travelling from NSW to Darwin, tired and hot. We were booked in to stay at Inland Oasis but when we got there no one was around nor did they answer their 24hr ph. The place looked filthy there was no way our kids could stay there. I quickly got on Google and called the first motel that came up. Not expecting anyone to answer on Xmas day. But Glen from Forth Avenue did answer and he was so helpful. He immediately sorted us out with an excellent sparkling clean motel room. The room was large nd so so clean. Super comfortable and Glen told me to call Jim for anything at all we might need. There was one other person at the motel who was a caretaker. This man sat with us by the pool for a chat and pulled out all the pool toys for our kids to play with. Honestly we could not have hoped for a better Xmas day on the road. Thank you Glen you made our day. If you go to My Isa and don't stay here you will regret it. This place is well appointed, safe, super clean Amazingly clean and friendly. This is the best accommodation we have stayed at in a very long time. We highly recommend Forth Avenue Motel.

Lovely people, room was clean and comfortable, pool area relaxing and well kept. Great to be away from busy area but close enough to shops. Managers couldn’t do enough for me, very welcoming

Clean affordable and pet friendly. Quiet location, and the manager was super friendly. So helpful on our migration from SEQLD to NT. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Pretty standard motor in, pulled in late while road tripping and was still able to get service. Grabbed a room and left early no issues. Fairly clean and tidy and service was great. Would defo stay again next time

What a great little hidden gem. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Stayed 2 nights. Will stay here again on our way back to Brisbane.

I wish to share my sincere grattitude and appreciation for the top quality hospitality and service provide to us whilst accommodating up to 12 of our employees for almost 4 months at The Fourth Avenue Motor Inn recenlty. It can be at times, dificult to please everyone in a group of this size, especially when it's their home away from home, however we had no worries on this occassion and I have Donna and her team to thank. All requests were satisfied, nothing was too hard or at all inconvenient (albeit numerous changes and some last minute requirements) and not one complaint from anyone! Top quality and value for money in my opinion.
I would have no hesitation in recommending a stay here to anyone.
