ibis Styles Mt Isa Verona

Nothing beats knowing what to expect when you are booking a hotel experience. After a very rough and ready week I was looking forward to a comfy bed, hot shower and refreshing air-conditioning. The property didn’t look fabulous from the street but inside it was a haven. A world away from the outback surroundings and back to city style comfort.

Nice stay. Friendly staff and lovely restaurant.

An excellent place to stay in Mt Isa , right in the main town , can walk everywhere.
The rooms are large and comfortable.
Secure parking is also nice.
Didn’t sample the restaurant as it’s closed Sundays.

Great motel, pity locals damaged my car that I parked on the street. No fault of the Ibis, but thank you to the staff for assisting with the issue.

Located in the heart of the town with good pubs, cafes and amenities within walking distance

Well located in the centre of Mt ISA. Free parking on the street outside. Rooms are motel style but very large and comfortable. Hot shower and AC works well too. On site restaurant that is handy too.
Reception was awesome on check-in and out and made me feel valued as Accor member with my welcome drink and a bottle of water on arrival. Thanks!

Stayed 4 nights, great central location to walk everywhere, rooms were fine. Didn’t eat there but enough options close bye.
Normally a 4 star but the staff and especially Kiwi lady at front desk were so lovely they deserve 5!

Room Service was a bit disorganised but Food was incredible from Italian Restaurant downstairs. Definitely would come back to stay here.

Booked dinner for our wedding anniversary, when we arrived, there was a signed personalised card on the table wishing us a happy anniversary, table decorations and gold plates. Such a beautiful personalised touch and really made us feel special.
The food was beautiful, service was amazing, staff were so friendly and timing was super fast.

Staff very lovely. Had a great time.Beds comfortable room nice and clean.

Had dinner - rack of lamb. Absolutely perfectly done, delicious and tender.
Nice ambiance in the restaurant too.

Lovely reception - very friendly even though it was late, clean and tidy. $3 laundry. Breakfast available, coffee club nearby. Isa Pub nearby, with enormous steaks.

OK. Last night we could not speak highly enough of the service we received from Jess and her great team at the Ibis Styles Mt Isa. That was before we ate at Giuseppe’s Cantina.........
As someone who is passionate about and loves their cooking, when I go out to dinner I always want it to be as good or better than I can do at home.
Well and truly tick that box Giuseppe’s Cantina 👍 👍 👍

Lovely big rooms, friendly staff, great room service from the restaurant. The only hotel I've stayed at that realises not only do you need a power point beside the bed, but they provided a phone charger!

The lady at the reception desk ‘Jan-Marie’ was so helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond to assist with my queries - what an absolute gem and asset to this hotel!

Fabulous dinner at Giuseppe's Cantina. Amazing food and great service. One of the best restaurant experiences in the Isa. Highly recommend a visit.

Clean rooms, friendly professional staff and a terrific restaurant

Highly recommended. Free breakfast and free wifi and very nice ladies attending at the reception. Quiet and cold air conditioning.
