Always clean and tidy. Well maintained property. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. The restaurant downstairs is a great addition and makes for a late arrival easy and convenient. Staff and food in the restaurant have always been top-notch. A credit to the property.

This is our second time staying here, and I couldn’t recommend it enough!

The food and service the we experienced tonight out for dinner was nothing less them amazing... Our waiter was Jessie and he was very kind bubbly and professional. Thanks for the best service team we will definitely be back and would recommend it to everyone

We stay here as a matter of course as;
(a) the rooms are always very very clean;
(b) front office staff are always friendly, efficient and professional.
(c) location, location, location.
(d) rooms are exceptionally quiet. Perfect for a good sleep.
(e) Central city within a a few minutes walk.
(f) great selection of bars and restaurants in vicinity.

We had a late dinner with drinks and were delighted with the kind staff and incredible food and drink. A lovely experience, will certainly be returning/recommending!

Room perfect for my needs. Not so the front door, the door fit was pushing against the lock so it didnt lock or unlock. It failed after the first night so the lovely staff lady gave me another room. It was the same as the first, perfect! I would definitely go there again.

Nice rooms, great customer service. Close to restaurants & bars. Can walk or jump on a scooter which are always nearby. Delicious cocktails and food at the restaurant. Lots of other food options nearby, has onsite parking available. Would stay again.

Excellent location for Qld Country Bank Stadium ( easy 10 min walk), walking distance to Magnetic Island Ferry, The Strand and close enough to Aquarium and Casino and in a fabulous restaurant and Cafe hub.
Super friendly helpful people even at booking stage.
Luggage stored as I arrived a little early for check in.
Awesome revamped rooms.
Fresh, clean room and happy to find a microwave and some biscuits to have with coffee.
Complimentary bottles of water in fridge.
All the usual niceties of a good motel without the huge price tag.
Although not a huge room, ample size for 1 or 2 people.
Large bed and super comfy.
Full size mirror!!
Pull out make-up mirror in bathroom.
A huge bonus was plenty of PowerPoint's everywhere.
Would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back again in July.

Freshly renovated. Clean. Location is great - next to some toprated restaurants.
Great service. There is a pool and a gym. The gym has basic equipment, but enough for basic workout. The aircon is not powerfull enough for the gym, so be prepared. The restaurant has good breakfast options and coffee.

Love this place! Especially for the location but also because of the spacious rooms and ease of booking. Free parking is a bonus.

Great hotel - friendly greeting on arrival - spotless quiet room. Couldn’t ask for more. Minor hiccup in setting off the room smoke alarm but beautifully handled by the manager and people. Hint: if you’re in room 2 keep the bathroom door closed!!

This doesn't happen very often with my reviews on Accommodation. However I was very pleasantly surprised and impressed by The Palmer and especially it's cleanliness of the rooms. Although small this was more than made up by attention to detail with presentation of room and bathroom absolutely glistening and quality showering products.
Faultless.

The rooms I stayed in were super clean and the beds ultra comfortable.
The staff that dealt with are very down to earth and if you have a problem they
“Go the extra mile” to help. It is very underpriced for what you get. I highly recommend it.

The Palmer Collective is a fantastic place to stay in Townsville. The rooms are spacious and exceedingly comfortable with all the amenities that you need for your overnight stay. Ideally located with a great in house restaurant but also access to a number of other dining options and a craft brewery.

The rooms were clean and well designed. The gym had a lovely view and I enjoyed my stay immensely. Thank you to all the staff at the Palmer Collective for a wonderful ambience.
