We had a wonderful experience using SunSmart Sunshine Coast for our solar installation yesterday. Everything went smoothly from the initial contact and inspection to completion, and everyone involved in the process was super friendly and helpful. Communication and explanation was efficient and thorough throughout the process and we were given a contact name and number if we needed to know anything in the future. The installation was well supervised and everything was cleaned up and taken away. We would definitely recommend SunSmart Sunshine Coast if you are considering a new solar system.

I was extremely happy with the overall experience, a service and repair to a previously installed solar system at my new address. My call was returned promptly and after talking me through some troubleshooting, a service was booked. The 3 workers who arrived were polite, friendly and informative about my system. They helped me get the app set up so I can now monitor my solar figures. I am now getting maximum performance from my system. I will certainly be using them again.

We recently had a solar system installed by SunSmart SC. The price was very competitive when compared to four other quotes we received. We ended up with a quality system that has been professionally installed by a wonderful, polite, enthusiastic team - not sub -contractors. They arrived on time and left no mess. We are very happy with our system and service provided by this company. We would not hesitate to recommend them to everybody.

Very professional, patient and clean. We received various quotes before deciding to go with SunSmart - their professionalism was great but what stood out pre-purchase is the way the team was not pushy for a sale.
Installation was quick and looked just as we discussed with Josh. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the installers as well as the way they checked with us to make sure we were happy with the layout. They even did a better job that what we had in mind.

Electrical bills going through the roof. After SunSmart Sunshine Coast completed a review our current system (one of those great deals when we built our home etc) we understood our system was not sufficient for our requirements. We have also upgraded the inverter to a hybrid model for future battery down the track. Staff were efficient, clearly communicated and booked in very quickly so we knew what was happening. Can recommend SunSmart Sunshine Coast.

Excellent service, prompt to quote and answer all of our questions.
Our installation was prolonged due to the idiosyncrasies of our home, but Callum and his team approached this without complaint, and were meticulous in providing a neat and tidy job, and explanations of all the associated equipment.

Great service all around. SunSmart SC was very professional and understanding of our particular needs- both in the quote/design as well as installation process. The staff are all polite, considerate and willing to spend time with us - the clients. The installation was complicated but the on-site team adapted wonderfully. The system seems to be working flawlessly. I recommend them and would use them again. 10/10 from me.

The original quoting was helpful and informative, making sure I knew what would best suit my current and future electrical needs. The sales person didnt try to sell me anything that wouldn't be good value for me.

The installers were polite and tidy. They were careful to not damage my grass and cleaned up after themselves amazingly well. The install itself looks great.

Very impressed with the team who prevailed over the weather conditions to install the system and have it working on time. This installation required the removal of an old tired system first, the necessary clean up, and fresh install in between rain showers. Friendly and knowledgeable team very helpful and informative on any questions with full explanation of the monitoring software. System working as it should, follow up by office team to check and second visit to install an extra item in the switchboard all under the original quote.

Josh has been amazing from his first visit. His speedy assistance with my aging inverter was terrific and put me at ease!
The quoting and scheduling was all completed to fit in to my busy schedule and without fuss.
Installation today was 'painless' ... just a bit of drilling but harmless. Josh and Zeb got it all done, showed me a few things on the much smaller and compact inverter, advised of what to expect over next day or so and answered all my (probably annoying) questions.

Recently had a 3.2kW solar PV system installed by SunSmart Sunshine Coast. The guys were very professional, friendly and reliable. Very smooth, hassle free process, from quoting, to installation and follow up. Very good customer support. Highly recommended.

We recently had a 13.2Kw solar system installed from Sunsmart SC. Josh quoted the system and was able to answer all our questions. He explained the process so we fully understood. We needed them to work in with getting our roof painted so Callum and Lachlan from the install crew came out and pre-installed all the roof tile brackets beforehand. After the roof was painted the install crew came back and the system was installed in a matter of hours. We had a great experience with the team from Sunsmart SC and would have no problem recommending them to anyone considering getting a solar system installed.

Very responsive to initial enquiry (Josh changed his diary to fit us in) to assess existing system which appeared not to be working. Found existing system unsafe, closed it down and provided detailed options and quotes the same day for new system. They were professional, very tidy, took away all the old panels and inverter. Installed new bigger system in 1 day. Highly recommended.
