This is where my doctor is and also my psychologist it's a great place if you don't like waiting in doctors waiting rooms,they are very good at seeing patients at their appointment time so you can plan your day more easily

Recently I saw a doctor at the clinic ( Dr Neim??? sorry but that's as close as i can get). He was amazing and supported me well With a heart rate of 147 he was pretty concerned. Thankyou

You really need more staff on reception. I can never get through when I call. The clinic itself is nice and I like that my Dr is always the same one each time and I don't always have to come in for a script but getting through via phone is a nightmare.

Doctor and Nurses are brilliant and what keeps me coming back. Reception staff not very friendly.

Medical staff is awesome. These two stars I have given is for the Doctor and nurse who did my pre employment medical at this centre. Administration staff is not as good. Calling for enquiries to this centre is not a pleasant experience. This centre take too long to send result of pre employment medical assessment to the employer.

Reception staff who takes calls needs not be abrupt. You need a friendly staff not a rude one.

Website says they are open yet no-One answers the phone

This clinic was always marketed as a Super Clinic - well, it's super BAD so I guess that kind of counts? They are bad at:
1. Having consistent staff - no nurse and no idea when they will have one
2. Doing simple administration tasks - like sending a referral or uploading immunisations - you the client are the one chasing them up!
3. Answering the phone - IF you get through you are generally put straight on hold.
They used to have some great Doctors, most have left for greener pastures and I am not sure I blame them.

I booked a phone consultation for 8:30AM which I was very reliant on as I work Mon to Fri 8am - 6pm which means I can not access services during the week and everything is closed on a Sunday.

Not only did they not call at this time but they never called me at all during that entire day.

They never called me back to apologise, I was simply forgotten about.

Typical Mount Isa customer service; everything is ALWAYS a problem in this town. It SUCKS HERE SO MUCH!

just sat on hold for an hour and gave up, they have NOT released my pre employment medical results after 15 days! so now I'm not earning money as a result of their incompetence! if you can go anywhere else I would do so!

Appointment times need to be met. waiting for over and hour after my appointment time is not good enough. Then to have the person who was booked after me go in before. This place is an unorganised joke.

If you are travelling with a chronic disability and need to see a doctor don't waste your time with this practice. I am a 59 year old nurse with rheumotoid disease and muscular dystrophy doing my best to maintain a normal lifestyle and travel with my husband while I still can. My GP put me on the national e medical records system to make it easier for other doctors to access my history. This only works if said doctor is inclined to do that. Despite having my medical summary and a specialist letter I was treated with hostility and a very unhelpfull attitude. Mabe he was just pissed that he couldn't get a job anywhere else.

Worst customer service,on hold for over 20 minutes, one of the lady's in the front desk was rude and barely speaks English, mount isa medical is the best medical centre in mount isa. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Might be good, I don't know. Online booking system did not work and no-one answered phone after several attempts. Frustrating.
