I had previously visited another LPO to lodge a settlement ID check and the staff there were rude to say the least - I didn't return there (a local, larger shopping centre) and decided to head to Cotton Tree LPO. It was a great decision. The woman that served me was amazing. She allowed the correct time to ensure everything was completed properly, to avoid any delays.
Thanks for the amazing service.
I would highly recommend this LPO if you are in the Maroochydore area.

A few years ago, this was a lovely Post Office with good friendly staff. Two days ago I visited to get quotes for sending a parcel overseas. The woman in black with black hair was just not in the mood to help! She was irritated at every question I asked in relation to overseas mailing. All I wanted really was the weight and price. She had the audacity to ask me "how many more do you want me to do? You can get these prices online". No lady, that's why I came in, to chat to a human and not struggle online. You were so unfriendly unhelpful and very rude. There are other people who would die for your job, just to earn a living AND they'd assist with a smile! You are certainly not suited for a frontline job. You've lost me as a customer. All the ladies in Wises Road and The Big Top Shopping Centre are examples of great customer service with a smile and nothing is too much. Just a pity you were the closest at the time. Very poor performance!
