From the moment I met Steve Simeoni I knew that his company TasCity Building were the right team for my renovations. From the very beginning Steve was proactive, informative and always available for a chat. Every trade that was involved in my reno including plumbers, electricians, brickies, plasterers etc were fall fantastic. They were all very respectful, extremely reliable and all cleaned up after themselves. I've had some average experiences with builders over the years but Tas City Building has restored my faith. Daniel Hodge, the main carpenter who orchestrated everything was absolutely amazing. Not only is he a skilled tradesman but he also managed the job seamlessly. We are absolutely thrilled with the end result. Not only that but we were on budget and completed in the timeline estimated. We recently had a full bathroom reno done by Tas City Building. The whole experience was great. The new bathroom looks amazing! The Tas City team were fabulous to deal with. Lots of fresh ideas, very patient with our questions. The builders were punctual and absolutely awesome with our two young boys, both boys were very, very interested and the guys were great with them. We are so please with our new bathroom and we highly recommend Tas City. A fantastic Tasmania owned company with a cool Facebook page and we will use Tas city for all our future building needs.

Steven, Craig & the Team have gone above and beyond to assist with all aspects of the project no matter how big or small. Just wish to thank TCB for their outstanding organisational / project management skills in sourcing subcontractors happy to work from the start of the second week in January to capture the good weather & quietest and most convenient time in our commercial neighbourhood. With prefabricated, framework, floor and roof trusses a week after commencement, the 3BR 2bathroom townhouse was sealed & I was able to resume business as usual in the office premises below.

Zach, the on site project manager / supervising guru was so accommodating with his "not a problem" attitude & brought the build in on budget & on time. The premises are just so comfortable to live in.

We can't recommend Martin Shephard and Tas City Building highly enough for their assistance with our rennovation. We have been stuck interstate during the COVID-19 lockdown. Martin took the stress out of the whole process through excellent communication, regularly providing us updates through numerous photos and a willingness to always take our feedback on board to address any alterations we required.

Trust is often undervalued. We were never in any doubt with Martin. We would certainly recommend and use Tas City Building again in the future.

Tas City Building built me a 2 bedroom granny flat and I was totally satisfied with the construction and the approval process. 11 weeks after they started it was ready to rent out and now I have tenants paying it off for me.
