Everything about Priest Jewellers is wonderful. They are fantastic through the whole process from a final product right back to the first customer interaction. We bought custom designed engagement and wedding rings from them and are very happy with the whole caring process and the delivered products that we love.

I have been delighted with the warm, friendly service provided by Katelyn and Eliahi at Priests Jewellers recently.
I asked them to arrange to have a necklace and ear rings custom made in memory of my mother.
Katelyn was very patient as I tried to decide on styles and materials, and was very knowledgeable.

Came in uncertain about what we really wanted, only to come out with one that my fiance loved. The whole process was facilitated smoothly. Everything that needed to be done happened very quickly and the ring resizing was done by the next day. We never felt any pressure to make the purchase. Priest Jewellers are a local family business here in Noosaville that has been around for years. Weather it's been the service or repair of our favourite jewellery or my husband buying my beautiful Pamdora pieces, the service has been fantastic. What a great find this shop was to me today . I was looking for a wedding present for my daughter on her wedding day . I contacted the shop via text on their website to see if they had certain items in stock . They replied very quickly , sent me a photo of the range I was enquiring about and then once I'd chosen a few pieces I liked , text through the prices . They then held the item I chose until I could get there . It was beautifully gift wrapped for me and the service from the staff was extremely helpful and professional I will be back , that is a certainty. How refreshing to receive some "old fashioned" one on one, genuine personal service .

I had to comment re my dealings with Priest Jewellers because I had a great experience with them which was a result of my bad time management and need to purchase my daughter a present for the following day...I had rang explained the situation and was looking like I'd get to the store just after close... the manager was understanding and said he'd stay open for me so I didn't let my little girl down.. very much appreciated for the extra mile and great service 👍 highly recommended

The only place to go for your jewellery/watch/accessory requirements.

The in house workshop can handle anything from Casio to Cartier, often on the spot or after you have had time for a coffee across the way. Examples were my Cartier Tank had tarnished & was brought back to new in a few minutes. My Baume et Mercier leather strap was kaput, I had been quoted ~$400 in Brisbane as was told I had to replace the metal fittings as a complete unit. In short I now have a new strap, using existing metal work, for about $60 thanks to the ingenuity of the owner.
In conclusion, there is more gemmological knowledge in this small shop than all of the those glitzy stores selling 9ct rubbish where the staff have no idea that they are selling Cu instead of AU !!

Went to the old location & was told Charles had moved to a more salubrious location in Noosa Civic. Well, Brazza & the gold price must be doing well as the new premises are very flash.
After a few minutes I was greeted by a young man, Charle's son I assume, maybe he saw me on camera & thought I was a likely geriatric hoodlum come to turn the joint over !
I explained on this occasion I simply wanted some batteries renewed & was told I would need to collect them tomorrow. I concurred it was not the best of times to expect the usual service as in the past, but, that we lived over 1 hour away. No joy, take it or leave it.
He then suggested to use Mr Minit !!, without even asking what type of watches were involved, which happened to be a Dunhill Millenium & a pair of gold Raymond Weill, entrust these to a Mr Minit ?
Obviously he thought I was not the right type of clientele for his establishment, even though I mentioned Charles had previously fixed my Cartier & Baume & Mercier.
So, this is progress, such an attitude is not conducive to word of mouth recommendations. Maybe he should watch the old John Cleese Video Arts movies on sales & customer service, they proved invaluable on a global basis for my sales training.
Also, if you are the "Manager" should you not know exactly what is in your display cabinets along with prices ? I took a stab at an Italian 18ct white gold diamond bracelet at circa $5K & was not far off the mark, which, after inspection he concurred. However, my Wife was not impressed as apparently they are known as tennis bracelets. Don't ask me, all I know is my Amex bill is $5K lighter.

Ive been going there for twenty odd years and its always the same old best quality, best service and knowledge headed by charles who is deadset the most reasonable fella in noosa area...worked for a long time on my watchband replacing every pin(dozens) and charged next to nothing..long live charles and his old school ways. 🙂
