Excellent staff going above and beyond for the comfort of their four legged patients. We've literally had to drag our dog to the vet, not so here. She's happy to visit this surgery

Right, get ready. Here you are secondary and responsible. If you can't face the responsibility of caring for a life go somewhere else. I had to say goodbye to Tiny and Susan was brilliant hence the rating. Care for your Vet, they have a hard job.

Very friendly, calm and competent with our dog and us owners alike. Convenient parking and a healthy doggy treat as a bonus.

Staff were friendly and very good with our cat and pup. Plenty of advice if you have a new pet and are unsure of anything.

Being new to Tassie I had no idea which vet to choose. After ringing several vets (& speaking to an unfriendly receptionist, who told me bluntly our puppy would die if we let anyone touch it) I decided to go with Riverside because the person I spoke to (Hannah) spoke kindly, was very friendly and left me with the feeling this was an easy going place. Its a cozy little vet & I like the personal touch feel. Dr Sue was also a friendly easy going person, gave me lots of information. She didn't make me feel like I was stupid because a few "techniques" I was told to do, were actually wrong to do :~(.
She also promised to email me some information regarding having a new dog, which she sent through the same day (a miracle, someone who actually follows through on what they say!) She was also very good with our puppy who responded to her very well (our puppy is a anxious little thing) I am very happy with Riverside Vets and will continue to use them. Some things they are dearer on but others they came out cheaper, but all-in-all I prefer to go somewhere I feel comfortable & treated nicely, rather than pay a cheaper price & be treated in not a nice way.
So thumbs up for your service Riverside, keep up the good work.
