Absolute best service ever! I came in here to replace my broken backpack and they helped me find the best bag for me and also fixed the zipper on my old one for me with a pinch of the pliers! Amazing work thank you so much!

Very helpful and friendly staff. I went there looking to buy a jacket but with no idea about what exactly I was looking for. One of the ladies helped me through it, advised me on the best options and found my perfect match at a great price, as it happened to be on clearance! I love Kathmandu

One of my favourite outdoor shops in Devonport, especially during the sales. Hard not to buy one or more things even if you didn't come looking for it. Kathmandu branded gear generally is decent quality for the amateur hiker and outdoors person, or even the urban shopper.

Went into Kathmandu to buy a couple of jackets on sale but ended up buying lots more. The sales lady Jodie was an absolute Champion, so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about all the products, no high pressure sales pitch just honest super service. We spent lots more than we intended because of her and can can highly recommend visiting the Devonport Store for all your Kathmandu products.
