We ate here on the weekend. One of the best eggs benedict's I have ever eaten, the hash browns were amazing. Coffee was also really good and the service was great, ALSO the music they play here is great, I would 100% recommend this place

Really nice food. And a nice comfortable place to eat. The eggs benadict is amazing (when you remove the lamb and exchange it for bacon, who puts lamb on an eggs benadict, seriously) nice drinks. Would highly recommend

Delicious!! Love the fire pit flavor that was in the food! Mouth watering!! Lovely friendly staff. Very impressed with the amount of times we were asked if we needed more drinks. And I'm not being sarcastic! Other places you might get 2 rounds if you're lucky! No dry glasses here!

Very nice restaurant and friendly service. We had the red curry duck, the squid salad (little) and the lamb wrap. The staff, even if new was very good with handling customers. The food was warm and delicious. The duck skin is nicely crispy. We would go again. Sparkling rosé Delamere and freycinet sauvignon blanc were very tasteful and complementary to the dishes.

Love Blue Inc. Always really consistent with the food, great menu for lunch and dinner and always have fantastic coffee. Nice venue, super friendly staff and go the extra mile for family sittings, really making sure food comes out fast and offer the kids colouring in and activities to keep them entertained. Highly recommend.

Had to wait in here late at night to get out of the rain after university, they were so incredibly lovely and let me get a coffee late and everything.
The staff here are so kind and I would absolutely recommend coming here just for the staff and atmosphere (although the food is still amazing!)

The food was amazing, the atmosphere is really nice and a perfect service. Alessandra was my server and she was all the time extremely friendly and efficient.

Dined here Saturday night with a small group of family and friends. Well,, food was delicious 😋😋, staff were an absolute delight 👏👏👏 only possible negative was maybe install o couple of roll down blinds in the outer seating area to block the sun a little, an overall lovely dining experience, will definitely be back!!!! Great place to grab dinner in a relaxing atmosphere. After a small mix-up when seating us, things only got better, and better from there.
First drink free (beer or wine) nice selection of things on the menu amd well priced, only got a photo of our entreè which was lovely and when the mains came it looked so good I just had to dive right in!
Great place for a date night or gathering with friends/family.
Will be back for sure!

I enjoyed a lovely lunch recently at Blue. The waitress was very welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious. Will definitely eat there again.

Was going to take a photo of the food, but it didn’t last that long. I love this place. Great atmosphere, always good service and whilst the menu is on the smaller side, the food and serving sizes are excellent. My favourite place so far for brunch around Launceston.

Fantastic meal- great flavor, really good value meals and expert wine advice. Had the lamb - magnificent! This eatery is a real gem!

We came here for dinner, loved the ambiance, food and staff! If you like the taste of open fire cooking this is for you, if you don’t love that charred flavor maybe not the best choice.

Came here with my friends for dinner. I love the atmosphere and there are plenty of spots. The food is nice and the staff are so friendly. I recommend this place if you want a cozy night out.

After hearing amazing stories about the lamb at Blue inc, we decided to make it our first dinner spot in Launceston, We ordered the Firepit Sirloin and the Kingfish Sashimi for starters and tasted pretty good. For Mains we got the Char Grilled Lamb and Chilli Braised Beef Rib both of which tasted amazing, we were told that lamb is fresh from the owners farm. To anyone needing to select a dinner spot in Launceston we highly reccommend Blue inc!

I really like my Fishy Fritters and stuff! Very nice.

I tried a bit of the noodles, it’s spicy and sour, a bit too soft for me.

Overall, great !!!
