I have been to doctors all around the country as travel and housesit with my kids and literally the best place ever. From the front desk to being on time and to the fact they actually listen and care I highly recommend it. I saw two doctors there (between myself and kids) and both were so wonderful and thorough. Finding a good doctor these days is so hard and I literally wish I could have this be ours forever but we are leaving Tasmania.

The receptionist, Rach, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She efficiently booked me on the same day, welcomed me warmly, and guided me through the process with a professional and friendly demeanor.

Dr. Fariba Alizadeh Sani was not only a good listener but also demonstrated exceptional professionalism and friendliness. She thoroughly checked my health based on our conversation.

The clinic maintained a high standard of cleanliness and organisation.
Overall, a positive and pleasant visit that I highly recommend.

Dr Chandra-Wijewardhane has been excellent with my health care.
His knowledge, empathy and emotional support has been consistent and given me piece of mind many times. I would also like to thank the Reception staff for their consistent help and support. They run a busy practice but despite that are professionals and have always given me the best of service. Thanks to all at Southside Family Medical.

Dr Chandra has been fantastic in all my dealings with him. Friendly, clear in communication, will test when appropriate to do so, very much a person-centred care doctor. Would definitely recommend.

I've been seeing Dr schilling for a couple of years. She does the tests, she cares and she does not just dole out pills. As another has said I lost 18kg with a metabolic disorder and corrected my blood tests as she is pro keto which helps my condition. Reception staff are all lovely.

Dr Schilling is the most caring Dr I've seen and thanks to her recommending the Keto diet I've lost 15kg and can now walk with far less pain. I like her too for not always prescribing drugs but recommends natural alternatives far better for the body.

Only been 3 times but Friendly doctors here that are willing to listen also more child friendly than other clinics I've been too

Great place to go if you are unwell

Great to be able to book on HealthEngine but it states that this practice is open on Saturdays and Sundays when in fact it is not. It would be great if they updated the opening hours on the HealthEngine app.
