Harcourts Burnie

I have been a renter through Harcourts Burnie for two rental properties in the last 8 years. I had a wonderful experience with Amy and Anna as the property managers. They are easy going, attentive, on the ball with any issues involving the rental properties and always willing to assist. The maintenance and gardening teams are quick, efficient and very helpful.

I highly recommend the team at Harcourts. We rented for 5 years and our property manager was Bek. She was excellent to deal with, prompt and informative. Vacating our property was a smooth sail and Bek was full of recommendations to local businesses to complete the end of lease process.
we also purchased and sold a property through Harcourts with Selena which was also a fantastic experience. I would strongly recommend going through Harcourts in the event of leasing your property, renting a property, buying a property and selling a property.

I rented with Harcourts Burnie for 2 years and found them to be extremely professional. I can't recommend Amy enough - she is professional, communicates in a timely manner and follows up on everything. I personally also found her to be a genuinely kind and empathetic person. Definitely one of the best agents I've had in my 15 years of renting :)

Harcourts are a wonderful agency, from the lovely office staff to my property manager.
After 7 long months without a home I was so grateful to be able to rent a property. My property manager Bec.S was always so kind and understanding. We weren't in the property long and I had to call to report a window my son had accidentally smashed, I was so concerned I'd be judged but the first thing Bec was concerned about, is that we were all okay 🙂

Amy Rawston is a pleasure to do with business with , always punctual and good communication. I've been renting now for 3 yrs with Amy as Property manager and any problems I had Amy had it fixed in efficient manner as soon as was possible.
