Emailed, and left a message with no response. So dissatisfied, go with someone else.

Extremely disappointing customer service ever from the office. I applied for a rental property and after inspecting the house and giving my consent to move forward with the application, I kept following up for 5 business days to get a response on my application. Real estate agent Louise was avoiding my calls and was ignoring my emails for 5 consecutive days. Finally, when I spoke to the office and asked them to transfer me to Louise, she picks up and advised my application was not successful and was nothing personal. What bothers me the most is that Louise didn’t respond to my email and continued to ignore my calls.
Utterly disrespectful and there was no professionalism at all!

I also have made 3 enquiries re a property on the west coast. As I am a cash buyer and stated this, I received no follow-up at all!!! It was a new listing and I would hope the offer made was above what I would have offered......if I had the chance! If he was working for the buyer he should have asked for offers by a certain date. I have bought and sold quite a few houses so I know when the real estate agent is doing his job. This one clearly wasn't.

Expericing issues ATM hope they can be rectified,still waiting since April,I haven't lost Faith as yet, still confident that the money sent to the wrong person by mistake.hopefully the old owners will pay the rent that is rightfully owed to us.
Hopefully this will be settled asap,just a waiting game.
If it will be another two more months,then other action will have to be taken. We're confident it will be resolved before then....we know you guys are trying as well.

I was eager to buy a block of land (I have the money in the bank) but the agent refused to respond to my messages. When I finally got him on the phone, getting the most basic details were worse than pulling teeth. He was very uncommunicative and rude.
There's lots of blocks on the market in Tasmania, no need to try and persevere with an agent that can't be bothered making a sale.

Just responding in regards to the comment that is below.

Firstly, the property that was sold was false advertising as you did not mention a word about smashed windows, leaking in bathroom, the roof not stable and not even a set of keys to this property. You sold this property saying it was all in good condition with low maintenance. This property was far from low maintenance! The reason you paid $250 out of your own pocket was because of smashed windows and no vacate report which was promised to the new owners, so I think you should give the correct information before twisting your words.

Secondly, they have been waiting nearly 3 months for the rent that was promised in the written contract that you have mistakenly gave to the previous owner, not the new owner. This is your mistake to fix as you are the one that sold this property and made these mistakes.

Thirdly, we have tried to wait and be as kind as possible towards you and your staff, but the highly un professional relestate that is supposed to be honest and trust worthy with the people that purchase properties, but it is far from professional!!

Enough is enough, we have waited to long and have have been told to many lies! This will be taken further, we are not waiting any longer! The truth will be let out, you can not keep us quiet.

I tried to make an enquiry regarding properties in Zeehan 4 times. Twice to the office and twice to the agent directly. No reply or response what so ever. Also mentioned what we are looking for and that we are cash buyers; and still I was ignored. Warning to anyone listing your property in Zeehan with flex, chances are your property isn't selling as the agent and office staff can't be bothered to do their job.

I am disappointed in this reality.They don't contact you unless you chase them.And get hardly any info.Not dealing with them again as I have previously dealt with them to no satisfaction
