Selling our home through Hampton Peters Real Estate in mid 2021 was the best decision we could have made and the reason we chose them was so simple because when we initially bought the home in 2012, Peter Bull was the agent and we knew then we'd met the right agent choice. Fast forward and Peter is now a director of Hampton Peters. We have since relocated interstate, but if we did decide to return to Northern Tasmania in the future, there is no other agency we would chose to deal with. We have nothing but praise and thanks for the effort put in by Maddi with the sale of our property. She was fantastic to deal with, extremely professional, with a bright, bubbly and relatable personality. It was hands down the easiest and fastest rental process I have gone through. I cannot recommend Jenayah and the team at Hampton Peters Real Estate enough! They provided absolutely fantastic service and communication, and achieved exceptional results. We sold for $35,000 above what we thought we would get for the property, which meant they basically covered their fee and then some! We always knew they would get us the highest price possible and always felt they had our best interests at heart. We would not sell with anyone else, we felt that it was the people, that mattered most to them. They really are a cut above the rest.

If you have any queries or need something seen to, they are straight onto it and communication is 99% returned on the same day that you contact them. All the employees we have encountered are friendly, professional and courteous. Its the small details that matter, the fact they remove shoes before walking into your house for an inspection, shows how courteous they are!

Purchased my first home through Hampton Peters. I was able to view a property that wasn't on the market yet and make an offer. Throughout the process I was kept informed of updates and I felt Bec was always genuinely excited when she rang to speak with me. I felt reassured and well looked after throughout a process which could be quite daunting.

Buying a property from a different state is always tricky, Hampton Peters have been amazing, they went above and beyond, arranging a personal video walk through and following up on repairs before settlement. Brodie managed to find a tenant who moved in before settlement so that I'm getting an income from the first day.

I have found Candice to be very friendly & approachable. If I’ve ever needed anything doing at the rental property I’m renting, Candice has appointed someone to fix the problem promptly.

Any time I have dealt with any of the Hampton Peters staff either on the phone or face to face, I have found them very friendly & professional.
