Was a longer term rental tenant with One Agency Burnie. Have always found the agency staff to be very friendly and courteous as well as always very prompt and responsive to any queries. Has always been a pleasure to rent thru and work with the One Agency Burnie team.

Had Tom out for an appraisal of our property. He was very helpful and offered great advice about preparing our property for sale. He also walked me through his comparative market analysis which helped me understand the appraisal value.

Quick and easy
I had my property for sale with another agent for well over 6 months without any offers. I removed the property from sale for about a month then reviewed all agents in Burnie online and saw that Matt had received some great reviews. I was a little skeptical of "on line reviews" but thought i would give him a go.

I found Matt to be very knowledgeable on the local market and we agreed on a sale price. Within 4 weeks we had an offer which was well below asking. Matt negotiated hard with the buyer and we both came to a price i was happy with. A deal was done and the property has now settled. I was more than happy with Matt and One agency.

Short and sweet
Our dealings with Carlton were short and sweet. Having made arrangements to view a property, we met him onsite and he displayed the property. He answered all our questions to the best of his knowledge, and was straight up if he didn't know the answer.
His communication up to and through the purchase has been excellent. He is attentive, courteous and thoughtful. We made an offer an hour after viewing and it was accepted. Signing contract was a breeze.

We got Matt Grice up for a visit several months before we put our property on the market. Matt gave us some great tips on preparing the house for sale and a pricing estimate. He arrived with some professional documentation, comparable sales and some nice coffee sachets in a black branded box. Other agents we interviewed provided good information too, but Matt’s presentation was the most professional and comprehensive.
We compared the marketing the other agencies offered, and once again, OneAgency had the edge. The photos and videos of our property were excellent, another huge tick. Matt understands how the Internet and social media work, to the benefit of his clients.

We'd been looking for a property for ages and felt really constrained by the pandemic travel restrictions. But, when we found our property, Matt answered all our initial questions promptly and fully. He was quick to arrange a video call so we could inspect inside and out (virtually). We felt very confident that we had bought the right place, even though we'd not laid eyes on it, thanks to Matt's knowledge of the property and his responsiveness to our queries.

Good advise and very professional
Nadia was happy to give us good advise on how to present the property. The advertising was effective as we had many more interested prospective buyers in the first few weeks than the whole 4 months taken by the previous agent. Good communication, always telling us in advance of visits so allowing us time to get up to the house and mow the grass, dust off the cobwebs and clear the wallabies out of the chook yard.
