I have shopped here plenty of times over the last 5 years having our boys only 15 months apart and ran into a lot of trouble and walked out multiple times unhappy and very frustrated. TODAY was different and it was all to do with Hayley, a lovely lady that helped us right from the beginning of choosing the best car seats for our 2 boys & making sure they suited our boys size/age well. She then let me know her days she worked so I could book in to have them professionally fitted. A+ for her service and kindness.

I’ve visited your store on 3 occasions now and found the staff to be friendly, helpful and efficient. I had a baby car seat on ‘lay by’ but when the Black Friday sale came, I hesitated to ask but was able to swap my original choice to one that was greatly discounted. The baby seat was fitted efficiently and the young man obliged me by letting me video the process. I’m so impressed with your staff and service. Many thanks, a new Nanny :-)

This is a nice and tidy store, with lots of stock available. Friendly staff to help answer any questions and there is car seat fittings done on site. I recommend this store for all your baby needs! Check stock online before going in or give them a call in advance to avoid disappointment. Click and collect is available also.

Yesterday I needed urgent help to sort out a baby seat/carrier I had bought from Baby Bunting. The staff were terrific in particular Sarah who with ease and poise was able to get myself and grandchild sorted. It is people like Sarah who are the front for the business. She should be regarded as a huge asset to the store. As a result of her quick and skilled response, I have told many people just how good the service was for us. So good.

I attended the Baby Bunting First Birthday Sale in the Glenorchy (TAS) store on the weekend. I was greeted with such an enthusiastic and warm manner by the staff. My experience in store was fabulous. The staff have amazing product knowledge and are easily able to identify the needs of their customers. I found Narelle to be highly personable and her team are very engaged. Well done BB Tassie!
