great service. they let me return a small item that didn’t fit the device i bought it for. my receipt was attached to my phone number account (good reason to sign up for this) and they had some wellington (muck) boots in stock for males and females and had my size! had more than what i was looking for

This store contains the best selection of outdoor activity clothing, equipment including bushwalking,packs,outdoor cooking, travel,fishing and many other outdoor activities. Both adults and kids are catered for with a large range of sizes to fit all. Excellent range, quality and quantity brands with plenty of stock available. Staff always are busy helping customers and maintaining stock. The shop is set in a great complex shopping centre surrounds. Great way to shop!

Another great outdoor shop... finding bargains for camping and sport now includes another stop. Can't skip Anaconda! Great bargains for especially the junior and incidental campers. Great prices for mostly entry level items, but also some great brands represented here. Definitely worth a visit and trust me... you will buy more than you need. And I just did exactly that....

The management and staff at my local Anaconda went above and beyond to help me with an issue with one of the Fluid Mountain bikes recently. Although I hadn't bought the bike from their store (they didn't have any in stock) and they really weren't obligated to help.
Both Jono and the manager of the Devonport store were fantastic and fixed my Mountain bike up, and even though there were a few problems while doing so Jono kept his cool and didn't give up. I was lucky they had a spare crank and they were happy to help me get it back on the road.
I would recommend the Devonport store to anyone, head in there and check out their great range of bikes and feel reassured that you will get the best service on and after the sale.

Great service as usual. Helpful and knowledgeable staff - I have been able to have my questions answered on a range of different sports from Suping to snow sports - all with insights that have saved me time and money. Can't recommend them highly enough.
