Had a really great experience at my car @kmart plaza. Very transparent and clear information regarding my service. Proving with service options that suited my sutiaion. They also were kind enough to repair damage to my car grate after I had a minor collision on the way to the car service centre without additional cost. It was very much appreciated and I'm grateful

Amazing service after I was stuck with a completely dead battery. Andrew helped me check to see if there was any life in the battery before replacing it with a new one for a great price and did not fuss at all about walking back and fourth from where I was parked to MyCar. Very grateful for the friendly staff

Extremely happy with the help I received today!! My car was making some strange noises and one phone call to the team at MyCar Racecourse Crescent and they told me to pop in once I had finished Uni and would have a look for me, despite being busy with already pre booked service the guys at MyCar quickly sorted out my little problem without a fuss!! Professional, accommodating and time efficient are what these guys are.

I have used mycar recently for a service and new set of tyres. I googled places to take my vehicle to before going with mycar as they had the best reviews overall and I’m happy I did. My vehicle had only been service by Mitsubishi but found that they were just to expensive to continue with and found mycar’s prices for a log book service to be much cheaper. The team were friendly when booking my vehicle in and gave me a call updating me on the service and anything else that needed looking at, which was my tyres that I knew needed replacing soon but hadn’t got around to it yet. When picking up my vehicle I booked it in for new tyres, as they happily honoured the cash back offer that a competitor had and offer a great tyre care plan to make my tyres last longer. I have already recommended and got others to get their vehicles serviced through mycar and will continue to get my vehicle serviced with them in the future.

Had a service done on my Honda Hatchback today. Prompt and friendly service, good communication, rang and advised I needed new tyres and my car is going really well now, thanks guys for a top job. Highly recommend.

I had an emergency matter with my car today, requiring the dislodgement of a curtain wrapped around the front wheel of my Honda Jazz.
Andrew immediately put my car on the hoist, removed the tyre and unwrapped the curtain with great patience and skill.

I was not charged for this work and remain so grateful to the team there at KMart. Thanks heaps Andrew!

Ended up with a flat. Bought the tyre in and it was still under warranty. Boys replaced the tyre and when I came back they were happy to change the tyre over for me. No issues whatsoever. Super kind and helpful. Same can always be said about Aaron and the boys at the other store on the corner of York and Wellington.
