Tried to get in at 3am on a friday night. They tried to charge me 120 odd bucks to open the roller doors! It was only after i threatened to get my work truck and rip the roller door right off if i had to did he send someone to open up.. who was an awesome bloke and deserves a raise!!

**UNCLEAR CLOSING TIME** Appalling. Opted to park in this lot believing it was the safer option in an area of 1.5 hour street parking. Returned to find the roller doors closed. Absolutely disgusting that Secure Park would have the monopoly on this area and not offer 24 hour access. Not only unfair but also unsafe. Who do you expect to pay $125 for you to open a roller door?

Please do not park here. They are deceitful. They close the entry and exit roller doors just after 10pm and then charge you $125 to open them remotely for you after 10pm.
They do not care to mention $125 anywhere on the board with other prices. They do mention that lost ticket fee is $99, however, they think it is okay to not mention $125 fee after 10pm on the board (which I find very deceitful).
I believe a mention of $125 will make people understand the gravity of the situation, which obviously does not become clear by a mere mention of timings on the board.
I literally thought that they will close entrance roller door only after 10pm and surely they won't stop people from taking there cars after 10pm, but I was so-so wrong.
After I paid $125 (I had no choice or time to argue as I was with the kids and it was 11pm) they did open the doors, and I felt sorry for all the other people whose cars were still there; and there were at least 10 cars that I could see.

Extremely deceitful business practice of holding your car hostage after 10pm, do not park here.

Good location however the car park is disgustingly dirty. The lifts looks as though it hasn't been cleaned in years and the stairs are beyond bad.

Updating after using the car park for 2 months. Payment machines don't work more often than not. Someone is there in the morning and you have to question why as there are no issues.

Prices went up yesterday with no notice. Glad I won't need to use it after this week

CAUTION CLOSES AT 10PM ON SATURDAY NIGHT this is written in small writing at the bottom of the parking rates sign- you can hardly read this because the car blocks most of the bottom of the sign. They will offer to charge you $125, plus whatever parking fee you owe, to ‘send a technician in 15 minutes’ to open the gate. when you pay they will remotely open the shutter from their call centre. there was no staff in the building before 10pm of course, they just remotely shut the door to trap people.

Be careful if paying in cash(notes)
The machines will accept them but might not give you change that you owed

They send someone out at huge fees to get your car out after hours but will not help you if they owe you money

Dont go there.... the gates close at 10 pm.... this is only written at the bottom of the parking rates sign in small letters... where you cannot see it from the car!!!!!
They charge you 125$ to open the gate....

Horrible customer service. Rude and hung up on myself when stuck at the boom gate with cars waiting behind despite pre-paying for parking. Don't use
