I popped in to fill a persecution yesterday and was served by the (a new phamisist) and he was so well mannered and helpful that he made me feel welcome and to remember what good old service use to be. Thanks

We have been customers of this chemist for many years but recently we have had issues that have caused distress. Customer service in letting you know that there is a problem with your script is not happening. A script was left to be filled in five days when they expected a new supply but we were never contacted. When we ran out altogether and went back to refill all our scripts there were no pills available for that medicine. There was a second medicine they also could not supply. What is the upsetting part is that they know us yet are not letting us know when there are issues about our medicines to allow us to solve the problem. They used to ring but this has not happened for a long time. Chemist Warehouse has a supply of the second medicine thankfully but had we left it any longer to go for our pills we may have had a problem with that too as they may have run out. Benton’s Chemist Discount need to value their customers and fix their records to make sure none of their customers are left without their meds. Also, on two occasions we have been given other people’s scripts which we promptly returned. So, leaving our scripts with them is not an option. Our records should be sufficient especially when they had one already waiting filling which never happened and no contact to explain why. Unfortunately, we had forgotten until we went the next time and by then we had none in reserve.

Slowest service ever ... I have been to many Chemists over the years and this one is by far the worst! All large Pharmacies are busy but manage to get scripts out in a reasonable time frame. Another lady, whom I was sitting with in the waiting area, told me she will never return .. and I agreed!

Won’t be coming back here now I just paid $77 for cream that I could get at another discount pharmacy for $55. The medication is not on the PBS so I prefer to save every cent! I honestly didn’t realise until the next day when I saw how much I paid at the discount chemist.
I called the pharmacist next day and told him he Terry white is their brand name now, you’re a rip off and I won’t be visiting again!
