Extremely condescending pharmacist. Will never shop here again. Went in to get some drops for conjunctivitis. I’ve had these drops before and have given them to my children when they had the same symptoms, but pharmacist carried on about my symptoms suggesting bacterial rather than viral conjunctivitis (I understand there’s a difference ), and then implied that as I’d had the same thing previously (I was explaining why I wanted the drops despite it being bacterial), he said that “it was reoccurring conjunctivitis” and that I should “go and get a proper diagnosis” before coming in for drops. This pharmacist should not work in healthcare. No empathy.

Not a very helpful pharmacist whatsoever. My son who has Down Syndrome was given tablets that cost $70.00. Wanted to returned the tablets that were still sealed and refused to refund or give a credit. Not very nice customer service. Very rude and had no empathy towards pensioner. Will never ever shop there again and will never recommend
