They were very nice and gentle with my anxious rescue dog. She kept freaking out and trying to run away and the were very slow, gentle and friendly to us and her and gave her lots of treats. Will definitely go there again for another harness fitting in a few months!!

The staff here are always positive and helpful. I shop here frequently, because my fur babies eat a lot and they’re spoilt, and it’s always an enjoyable experience chatting with the staff.

Retail assistant on shift was an absolute gem and so helpful over the phone and in person. She said she teaches the puppy courses held there and clearly loves her job. I found everything I needed and the store is well stocked. Great spot to find new natural dog treats and food.

Shannon did a wonderful job grooming my Groodle yesterday. She did a beautiful Teddy Bear cut without distressing my dog and my wallet, only charging me $100.00 for a wash, nail trim and and gorgeous cut which is a far cry from what some others charge in the area. They even gave me free samples of dog food and played with my dog. I would highly recommend this place even if it is at the risk of not being able to get a booking!! :)
