I ordered some shoes from Bata, but missed the card from Australia Post saying to pick them up - AusPost had already sent them back to Bata by the time I noticed the card. Called Bata and they are arranging to resend the shoes! Was so easy and very friendly to deal with (Jeanette)

The ladies working today were absolutely amazing, so helpful, polite and cheery. Very much appreciated.

We visited here as my son needed some safety boots for his university course. The staff all could not have been more helpful. They listened to our needs and sought advice from a worker out the back to find the most appropriate boot, and gave great advice on making sure my son knew how to get the best fit. Will definitely visit here again

I bought from them online but had to return since I made a mistake with estimating my size. All I had to do was return the parcel for FREE (Bata paid reply post) and my new size is on the way for free again.
All the while, the customer service was fantastic--quick and respectful.

Well priced shoes for toddlers, school aged kids (primary & secondary), women and men. Casual dress shoes, school shoes, kids gumboots, as well as sneakers. Not a huge range of shoes, but at least 5 to 6 differing styles catering to everyone.

This place is fantastic to get your kids shoes for school... Even casual shoes are on offer... Your not limited to kids... There's a shoe to suit every member of the family! Walking, hiking, work, casual, sports, everything! What's great is the service you receive! So helpful and trustworthy. If possible, they'll help you grab the best bargains available! This place comes highly recommended!

Love the place. I got 3 pairs of cool leather shoes for $100. It depends on what is being cleared so you have to try your luck. Always different things. Especially good if you have a tiny foot or a gigantic one. There is even more range for you.

Was speaking with a lovely and fun woman woth my partner. She had greta service, knowledge and was honest about shoe selection. Haven't been to Bata since my dad took me as a kid, so it's nice to know the core elements are not lost in time.

Great staff, not sure it's any cheaper than going to a regular show shop though. But we buy all our school shoes here and have for 12 years
