Maples x Mail

This is a small backyard business ran by an older man on his own who has minimal internet knowledge or business skills. If you accept him for who he is you will be amazed at the price and quality of his trees. If you want punctual communication at your finger tips then go pay 3-4x as much and go to a large nursery. I have had multiple great purchases over the years from him and appreciate that he is from another generation trying to keep up with the internet.

I bought two beautiful Japanese Maples from Maples Online many years ago now and they are just in pots and are going great guns still. Beautiful quality plants arrived and they've never looked back.. I love them..

Doesn't even bother to reply to emails from potential customers. Asked if I could order 3 maples instead of the minimum 5 and got zero response. Just bad business simply put. I'll happily order elsewhere.

Ordered about 5 trees from this person and he never bothered to get in contact with me about payment and then told me he sent the trees out. Contacted him by email about 5 times with no reply. Thanks for wasting my time.

Posted to wrong address. Had to contact multiple times to get the tracking number. Good price but disappointed that I had to follow up multiple times.

Phoned up to enquire about told me to call back in 3-4 weeks haha 😂 maybe you should take off your website and update it what stock you have it’s simple it’s 2023 not 1998.
