This is our absolute favourite after school treat. The lady here is so kind to the school kids and always greats her biggest fan (my 7yo) with a big hug.

The staff are typically friendly and there is an adequate amount of pumps.

very disappointed today. my son was so excited to buy a sulpy from 7eleven. get a medium cup fill it up then I try find a lid it wasn't there.i went to customer service and asked him if he can provide me lid he said we don't have lid. I asked what should I do? he said "we don't have it." there was large cup lid so I asked him can I change to large cup because there was a lid for it.he said "we charge for cup" I got the large one and went to pay he charged me for both.when I asked him I only take one you charge me for 2 he said what about the other cup.i said I didn't not take it. he said no I need to charge for it even you don't take it.
I was very upset. it might be the policy but as a customer we have right to know information about it.
please when customer is asking you something please provide complete information. if there is no lid please write it so that we know what is going on.

I like chocolate sprinkled on my cappuccino, this 7/11 does not supply it, they are being stingy & trying to save a few bucks, it’s like a pie with no sauce… 👎🏻😡

Stupidest 7-11 shop in Australia.

I was loudly yielded at when I went to second coffee machine when first one stopped working.
(with stupidest manager_ the guy said he is Manager!!!!)
I was told "why didn't I tell them the machine stopped working and wasted half made coffee, going to second machine"!!!

I thought it should be them apologizing to me for waste my time as the didn't empty their cofee machine bin which was the cause of coffee machine stop working.

If I could give you minus stars I would. Went to pay for my petrol today and was asked (first question) have you got petrol? Yes number 2 I relied, he then began to shake his head and be very rude. When I asked what the issue was he said... If he hadn't asked me if I had gotten petrol I wouldn't have paid! Well here's a tip PAL... why do you think I came into the shop and approached the counter? Seriously rudest person I've come across in a very long time!

AVOID!! DO NOT COME HERE!! GO TO THE 7 ELEVEN AROUND THE CORNER less than 500M AWAY on Mornington-Tyabb Road

I am absolutely disgusted and appalled with the service AND attitude I was given by your staff at 7 Eleven Mornington Nepean Hwy. This evening (26 Feb) I went to the servo to buy 2 Maxibons Choc a block. Outside the store there is a massive poster which says Grab TWO Maxibon Choc a block for $6 - in plain view to the public. In fact I wanted to purchase it due to the promotion. As I went to pay for the 2 ice creams they scanned as $9 in total. I told the staff that outside the poster says it is $6 for 2. He refuses to honour the price on the poster and told me to get a Magnum instead. There are also 2 witnesses for this incident. I politely told him he has to honour the price according to the giant poster outside that he refuses to go outside to see. There is no date on the poster as to when this promotion ends and the fact that he gave me such attitude and telling me it is unfair on HIM to honour the price. IT IS UNFAIR ON ME TO PAY A HIGHER PRICE AS A CONSUMER!! Teach your staff the consumer laws, to provide customer service AND to do their jobs properly!!! Your staff just broke the law!! I shall be taking this further to the ACCC

Terrible staff here. I had all the discounts on the app but he just charged me full price anyways. And when I asked him about it he was rude. Never coming here again.
