My wife had an issue with her towball not coming off and had to try to get it removed as she needed to put a bike rack on the car for a holiday the next day. The team here were so helpful (unlike other locations) and took the towball off, took it out the back and were able to remove it for us. Their customer service was excellent and they were so kind they wouldn't even accept any payment. Great customer service and we were very appreciative.

Came in today for help with my caravan jockey wheel pin thing. Honestly did not know what I needed to fix it. Found out the part I need isn't sold alone so your very nice staff member helped me come up with an idea for a solution and diy pin from bunnings. He was fantastic and saved me a lot of stress. Thank you so much to the guy working today 27/12 at around 5pm. You're a legend!

I had a Piak Elite bar and side steps fitted at Mornington Opposite Lock and they did an excellent job. A really great installation and I have no complaints.
