Such wonderful service from the team at amazing toys! We had to change the date of our party very last minute and the team was so accommodating. Our 5 year old had a blast.

We ordered a bouncy castle for my son’s 4th birthday. Communication was fantastic from the start. All the staff were very friendly to deal with and professional. The bouncy castle was fantastic and all the kids enjoyed it. I would highly recommend using this company for your party.

Highly recommend Amazing Toys for any party. From the first discussion about products and availability to the actual booking and then delivery of the Jumping castle, it was just so easy! Nothing was too much trouble and so many extras we could add to our party. Also the communication made it stress free! Would definitely use them again!

I hired a huge jumping castle and a custom balloon arrangement for a party. The team were incredibly helpful with catering for our party theme and set up. It was more than perfect. I was shopping around for jumping castle for my sons birthday and this company by far was amazing! Just as the name. Annie, Natalie and Kevin I dealt with and they were great. Initially phone contact was responsive, professional, helpful and went above and beyond. We ere initially going to have it on 29th Monday August as the weather forecast was 98% rain they were able to deliver earlier and I had the birthday accordingly. They were happy to reconvene to discuss what suited us. So overall I highly recommend some other companies maybe more cost effective however you get what you pay for and this company worth every cent! I will use this company again. Service, friendly staff and Kevin was able to set up and just collect prior to big melbourne downfall! Also the product range is fabulous and balloons last for 3 days! The jumping castle is obviously commercial quality too. Very happy customer. Thank you to the ' amazing toys ' team!

My daughter wanted to have a Science Party for her 7th Birthday. Annie from Amazing Toys went above and beyond put provide both fun party games as well as some exciting science experiments.

Such a fantastic business. We hired a jumping castle for our kids party and the process was so easy and the jumping castle was fantastic, we didn’t have to lift a finger and for the price it was WELL worth how great it looked and how much the kids enjoyed it. Have also had balloons and purchased many unique toys through these guys before and their customer service is always above and beyond. I urge everyone to support their local small business!

We have a very shy daughter who was turning 5. We explained that the ladies and they made suggestions including bringing her in prior to desensitise her. On the day they made everything perfect . We cannot thank them enough for their care and the joy they brought to all the kids

This place is a great toy shop, but it’s so much more than that. We attended weekly wiggle and giggle classes that our 2 year old loves. We’ve been to the hairdresser here for theme day haircuts and hairstyles from ‘Emma Wiggle’ and we’ve attended the braiding workshop for kids. They also have great monthly specials on haircuts. Our girls absolutely love it here. They also host parties and hire out party games. Just a great local business.

I dealt with Annie and Trevor throughout the process of hiring two jumping castles for my daughters first birthday. Both Annie and Trevor were lovely and they were clear and concise in their communication regarding all aspects from hiring, delivery and collection of the jumping castles. I would definitely recommend. All children had an absolute ball and loved them!

We finally had the most amazing house party for our 7 year old daughter! It was a party we had to delay twice due to various reasons on our account, however, we had no drama in rescheduling either times. Thanks to Amazing Toys and their staff, Annie in particular, made regular contact and had thorough discussions on our needs for a completely covered jumping castle/slide (wintertime party) along with tressle tables, chairs, balloons etc. If I had have compared prices before ordering party supplies, I would have paid less at Amazing Toys than online competitors. It all arrived and was assembled much earlier than the party start time, and was picked up and taking down with no fuss. The feedback from some of our guest was that is was the best party they had been to. We could not have asked for anything more. Would definitely use them again for our next house party! I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the service from Amazing Toys. Annie was amazing to deal with, nothing was a problem and she was very helpful with assisting us with ballon garland choice and jumping castle for my sons 1st birthday. Kevin delivered the goods on the day and went above and beyond! He was prompt, called in advanced about wet weather options and even helped me get our balloon garland home after the party. Over the weekend we had a birthday party for our 6 year old with the Jurassic World jumping castle. We have previously used Amazing toys and again- were so impressed with the service. Kevin arrived with the castle and set up immediately and provided clear instructions. The kids all had a fabulous time and it was great to see them enjoy themselves so much. Thank you Amazing Toys!!
