Terrific service and price. I had to purchase 150 handles for a commercial property. Charlotte and Rob went out of their way to source the products I needed. Our company will certainly be using Handleworks in the future. Great range of products on display and their product knowledge is first rate.

When I entered the premises I was excited to see their range of products and was mentally planning on returning when I had more time to choose all my handles for my major house renovation but after a brief conversation with chap( maybe the owner don’t care) I soon left feeling what a complete and utter waste of my time and deciding I will never step back into the premises again I was only after at that particular time a basic privacy door handle only to be told how many thousands and thousands of specialty products they have but they have to be ordered and maybe I’d be better going to Bunnings . Well yep I’ll go anywhere beside your place.

We bought some handles in this store, but realised that half of it won't fit on our doors. We quickly came back to the store to exchange it, unfortunately they were closed during the Christmas break until mid January: We didn't have any other choice than buying other handles somewhere else. When we bring it back, the store only propose a credit... even if the handles are brand new in their boxes, not installed!
