went in for fuel today. took quite a while for attendant to activate the pump. he did not speak one word to me although I said hello and please when asking for a tax invoice and thank you. all my other experiences with other staff were fantastic .

Terrible service and ruined my car. I filled up with E10 and it was not what it said on the pump, my car INSTANTLY lost power and died about 500m down the road. I contacted them and they said it was not their fault and refused to put me on the phone with the manager, and then LAUGHED AT ME. Turns out there was water in the fuel, my car is now being towed back to Melbourne at my cost, and no phone line active to call head office on the weekend. Awful awful place do not go here even if it saves you a few dollars

Just popped in to get a drink had to wait for the guy to finish his video chat with his mate then he sneezed and coughed all over the register and his hand then asked me to pass my drink to him to scan I told him he could look the drink up as I wasn't going to risk catching anything sorry but this wasn't a nice experience now wonder people get sick.
