Jack feels really comfortable with the vets which is important when they sometimes have to be a bit intrusive with the examination.
He is also praised and rewarded for his good behaviour

Took my 3 hissy rescue kittens to Best Friends Vet on Friday for Vax and check up. Was very impressed with Vet Jason and the staff. He treated my rescue kittens with respect and kindness. Was very thorough. Will definitely be going back.

They put my beautiful cats health first above everything. They were kind when it was time to say goodbye. Thank you for your kindness and understanding and working with me for my cats health. Unfortunately it was time to say goodbye to my little girl. But she will always be remembered and never forgotten. Thank you.

I know I can always get our prescription dog food here, unlike other places.

I had a poorly Poodle who needed some medical attention as he had been unwell for a week. I am always a stress head when this happens as I dont always find many vets to be that caring. But I was so happy with the service I got here.

They had slots today and asked me what my concerns were and advised me properly. I saw Jason who was so lovely and helpful. I love that he answered every single one of my neurotic questions, was knowledgeable and even used The whiteboard in the room to explain so I could understand. I actually left being surprised at how reasonable the bill was. It wasn't like some places I go to where they try to force a thousand things on you. He came up with a good plan for the week and genuinely cared for my big Angel.

I think I have found my forever vets! I would totally recommend Jason. And to top it off, the receptionist was really lovely and bubbly and cheerful. Rare in today's world!!

Both Dr Olivia and Dr Jason have been wonderful with my crazy cat. She can be very difficult and has been a real handful for them on occasions, but they were both very kind and patient with her. The offer quality care for the pets they treat and are both open to explaining everything to me to ensure I have all the knowledge to help my cat.
The nurses and store staff are also very friendly and helpful.

The staff looked after my puppy very well after anaesthesia for teeth cleaning ($500). It was well worth the money. His teeth now look bitter than mine. I received a full brief about what procedure took place, why and how and after care instructions, including before and after photos which i thought was amazing. I also received a phone call to let me know that everything went well. The nurse was very good. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. Well done!

my dog was great good vets and good prices

Took my 6 cats for dental check up and we had a great experience! My kids were well treated and I received reports about their dental conditions in a very explained way! Highly recommend this place for you take your cat or dog for professional dental check up to avoid further problems!

Staff are helpful, very understanding when accidents happen. My son loves coming and seeing all the animals.
