Big shout out to Lachlan, who was helping out in the Deli during an exceptionally busy time today. He didn’t serve me but he was amazing to watch; apologising for the wait time, serving quickly and politely.
What a breath of fresh air !!!

A massive thank you to the staff here who helped me out when my car broke down in the boot collection area. 2 wonderful men came out and help me move my car out of the way for other customers to come through and also to the lady who made sure me and my 2 year old were okay and brought us out water while we waited for help. Couldn’t be more thankful for how much they helped me out tonight!

Woolworths have some hidden treasures if you spend time having good look. I found the original VELVET PURE SOAP, this should be used by everyone. Its the oldest Australian soap everyone once used for hand washing clothes and having a shower its a magic soap for hair and body. I think i paid $4.50 for 4 pieces cheers 🌈🌞💛

Click and collect today. The staff had to be highly congratulated, busy time of day, but carried out the duties with a smile. Well done

Located within Coburns Central Shopping Centre. It is smaller than the Woodgrove location, but click and collect is handled at this location. Friendly and attentive staff.

Love my Woolies Supermarket, always has the groceries and fresh food I'm looking for. It has a nice big car park with plenty of spaces. The staff are always friendly and if I want a fresh coffee, there is a little shop next door, bonus!

The new pick up bays are an improvement.

But service is slow, it was a 6-7 minute wait for my shopping. This was after I pressed the I'm 15mins away button.

And to get attitude from the person serving me whilst my baby is crying in the car was just ridiculous.

A great variety of products nice wide aisles, very clean and tidy. Helpful staff.

Despite all the recent Toilet Paper lunacy, the staff at Woolworths Melton have been kind, patient and generous with their time and customer frustration. Ian (Manager) is running the store with care and his staff follow suit. Much appreciated from a bewildered customer who cannot understand the recently introduced over reaction to what amounts to nothing in today’s world of being able to shop, stay connected and safe.
