I cannot fault the amazing customer service given by Jo and the girls at Adairs Mornington! Jo is always willing to help and does so with a smile on her face, nothing is ever too much of an ask and she always goes above and beyond to make sure I can get what I need. This is my go to Adairs store by a mile simply because of the amazing customer service given.

What an extremely pleasant shopping experience I had on my 2 recent visits. Mel and Jo were extremely friendly and helpful. Such a change to be acknowledged waiting in a queue with an "I'm sorry to keep you waiting".
No problem for them to check "out the back" for extra stock which meant I spent more. I'll definitely shop there again. Very refreshing to have such good service.

Jo put a huge smile on our faces and gave us a good laugh serving us. What a superstar!

Visited on Saturday 27th August. I think it was Kate who served me. If not, whoever it was offered exceptional, courteous and helpful service, nothing was too much trouble. She was well informed and tuned into my needs. Well done!

I really don’t understand all of the reviews below about terrible customer service from Mornington Adairs….I have only just started shopping at Adairs in store more often and that is only because of the staff at Mornington. They have helped me so much with designs and quality. Some of the staff have remembered me personally from helping me before and remembering what I’d like to order next or needed help with. I am known by name as well after only shopping their a handful of times. I thank you all for your fabulous service at Mornington Adairs, I will be back time and time again :)

Pleasant shopping experience. I was assisted by Mara as I needed help with a particular set of bamboo towels, Mara was quick, friendly and knowledgeable when it came to the purchasing of several towels. Thank you, Mornington will be our new go-to for all things bamboo 👍

Really wondering experience at Mornington Adair’s. Liz was a wonderful help, and her customer service was really refreshing. Plus there was deals on deals in their clearance section. I love Mornington ADAIRS!

Excellent sized home bedding and bedroom linen and accessories this is a really larger store with fantastic staff who are extremely helpful and go out of their way to ensure that you are attended to and give you more than enough help. Excellent Parking Space and not in a busy main street like shopping District.
