Everything was amazing, the bagels were great in portion, the cleanliness, coffee and the girls were super nice! Everything was great

One note would be the matcha 🍵, was a bit Sour or bitter.

But honestly one of the best Bagel places I visited

Friendly efficient staff, great coffee. Place decked out with displays of Portuguese pastries and delicious begals. Forget the ketone diet - We had the super moist perfect textured smoked salon and the pesto chicken Bagel - both devoured In 10 minutes !! We went there for brunch and enjoyed the outdoor seating and morning sunshine - perfect

After a pleasant but tiring morning, I headed across to Moonee Ponds from Ascot Vale looking for a place to have some coffee and a snack, and just relax for a while. Several places I've been to before were closed but I did discover Ritzy in Pratt Street, and although it was close to closing time there also the very pleasant and helpful service I received from a young lady by the name of Sarah was absolutely excellent. Having spent most of my working life managing and part-owning restaurants I know how easy it is to let your attitude slip a bit when customers come in while you're trying to get the clean-up done. Sarah did explain that they were closing shortly but nevertheless her manner was great, in fact I think I described it as 'delightful' at the time. I sat outside for a while as they continued with clean-up and they were totally fine with that.
In particular I want to commend Sarah for her helpful and friendly service. What a great asset to Ritzy she is. Thank you Sarah.

Their coffee took top notch from my existing leaders - Assembly ground and Convoy! Hands down the coffee was amazing and just to make sure they were consistent, we got another cup each!

I just had a bagel, pastie and coffee from this well presented establishment. The staff were super friendly and even better, the food was great! These are the sort of bangles you expect in the south side - what a pleasant surprise!

I’ve been to this cute cafe a few times now. I would highly recommend it, especially if you want to step away from the crazy, busy and frantic environments of other cafe’s.

The cute, cosy and light filled Ritzy specialise in bread, coffee and bagels.

Visiting for brunch we ordered the salmon and grilled veggie bagels along with pastries and a coffee and chai latte to drink.

The lightly toasted bagels were fresh and packed full of filling. I tried both bagels and couldn’t fault them. The salmon bagel is a classic and the grilled veggie featuring eggplant, pumpkin, grilled capsicum, spinach, feta and basil pesto was full of flavour.

The pastries here are too good to resist. I loved the Portuguese tart and the coffee was point.

Overall I had a lovely experience at Ritzy and rate it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ out of 5. I recommend that you check them out if you’re in the Moonee Ponds area. Thanks very much for having me.

One of the best almond milk take away coffees I have had, lovely crema perfectly blended with the coffee. Bagels are delicious and substantial in size and filling.

Both the service and the food was absolutely amazing and delicious. A little expensive but definitely worth it! Particularly recommend the grilled veggie bagel it was to die for!
