I found Gerald and his staff very knowledgeable and helpful, with what seemed to me to be honest advice. I had a problem with my 8inch Dobison telescope, Gerald suggested I bring it in so he can see "whats going on". In a short while he had it in excellent collimation, and working perfectly.

Wanting to get a better view of the night sky, I decided the next step for me would be a pair of binoculars, rather than a telescope. On advice from within the publication 'Astronomy Australia 2024', I went with a specialist.
I purchased a pair of Celstron skymaster astronomy Binoculars. I'm very happy with them, they came with an attachment to secure them to a tripod which proved very helpful in viewing, especially the surface of the moon. Delivery was prompt and I am now a repeat customer.

Very nice experience for telescope and microscope🫶🏻

I was a customer of their online store on their website. I wanted to attach my Pentax K3-II DSLR camera to my telescope and after much research, I discovered I needed a T-ring adaptor mount for my camera. I was able to browse through their website with ease and find the various products available. I purchased a Pentax T-ring adaptor and received an email from the company soon after advising me the item was out of stock and offered me an alternative product or a refund. I opted for the alternative and the company was very helpful in ensuring I was able to receive the alternative product. I received the product in the mail and I am extremely satisfied with the product. The item was packaged well with cardboard and bubble wrap and arrived to me safely. The T-ring mount fits perfectly onto my camera and telescope. I am impressed with the high quality of the item for a great price. The staff are friendly, communicative and happy to help with any issues. I'm so happy with this company and my item - thank you very much! In the future, if I need any further equipment - I will ensure to keep this company in mind.

Drove from Frankston on Saturday morning hoping they could help me an adaptor to mount both my smart phone and DSLR to my cheapo telescope. The first service person helped me with the smartphone adaptor and even took the time to explain how to set it up. Because he wasn't sure about the camera simply went and grabbed a colleague who had me sorted in only a few minutes.

Wonderful service. Good prices. Well worth the long drive to visit. Will be looking forward to returning in the future to upgrade my telescope to something more prefessional.

Ordered an expensive refractor telescope on special through this company. Bit nervous at first as I'm interstate and had not used them before. However the scope was quickly posted and arrived fast in perfect condition. Very happy. Have already used again for a zwo cooled camera purchase which they quickly despatched.
