I've trained at many gyms but nothing compares to metamorphica. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and happy to help you achieve your goals, members are all great people with a fantastic vibe in the gym, great facilities and plenty of different classes for everyone. If your looking to get into martial arts or fitness this is place for you regardless of your skill level or physical ability.

This gym has the most welcoming community and atmosphere I’ve ever been apart of. As an adult beginner at martial arts I’ve felt incredibly looked after and invested in with my fitness and skillset by all of my trainers and other members!

Highly recommend Metamorphica. My daughter trains Taekwondo in the adults class and she absolutely loves it there. Everyone is so supportive and welcoming. Ive also started using the gym facilities while she trains, massive plus for me!

This place isn’t just a gym, it’s a family, it has been my rock( 👉🏻👉🏻) since 2011 and without the team at metamorphica I would have never experienced my full potential. When I first started there I couldn’t go further than half a standard session of training without having to stop completely and by the end of my training goals we set I was able to not only complete a full session or a group class but I managed to get in an hour early and do an extra session on the machines prior to class, it took me a fair bit of time but they were with me every step of the way and helped me believe I could reach the stars, best part of all I dropped over 20kg in doing so. I can honestly say to anyone interested in the sport or even for something new to try for whatever reason you may have you cannot go wrong with the team at metamorphica martial arts they have a broad variety of styles with expert trainers in there field who are more then capable to get you anywhere you want to go. Love you team 💜💚

Been training at Metamorphica for a few months now.

- Friendly atmosphere where everyone looks out for each other.
- Several discipline available, Taekwondo, MMA, Fitness, BJJ +++ MORE
- Absolutely great coaches and trainers (Jack Jenkins XFC Champion as MMA Head Coach! It does not get any better than that! )
- Inclusive gym, everyone welcome from different backgrounds, cultures, beliefs etc.

- Kids Classes also available, my 5 year old daughter really enjoys her BJJ classes.
- Kids Classes are run by experienced coaches, where they learn in a safe and fun environment.
- Gamified training to help kids develop several skills such as leadership, teamwork and self confidence.

-Women only classes.
- Personal Training also available.

All in all it is a fantastic place to grow your inner self and learn to become more disciple which then reflects in other aspects of life. Of course the physical component will make you become stronger, fitter and more confident.

Such a great place! Metamorphica has a very welcoming, community feel to it where everyone is very supportive of each other’s development.
I started my journey with a 6 week beginner course, run by Jon who is extremely knowledgeable and incredibly patient. He explains techniques and principals in ways that could be applied to both competitions and real world self-defence situations alike. Honestly, if you’re even remotely interested in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu then do yourself a favour and sign up for this course… it provides the perfect starting point to develop the basic principles and get going!

Metamorphica is a welcoming and supportive community. Instructors are very knowledgeable and committed to helping you progress. Metamorphica also provides a safe, fun and friendly space for women to train.

Great staff with a friendly atmosphere. They have a great setup! Anyone looking for a great gym to train in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or mixed martial arts should take the time to pop into metamorphica and speak to the staff there who are always willing to help and give great guidance and training.

Excellent atmosphere, great range of classes for all ages, great gym set-up and best of all knowledgable staff who treat you like a friend rather than a client and ensure you have a great time while working out.
