Have to use the good lift after 5

2 Wilson carpark on the same street! Left-818 Bourke St Wilson's carpark(24h), Right -800 Bourke St Wilson's carpark(till 4am). A bit confusing.

AVOID THIS CARPARK - USE OTHER CARPARKS IN THE AREA! - I booked early bird weekday parking for $30 - was charged $30 when completing the online booked. Used card for entry as instructed and then on exit charged another $85 to leave the car park.

Absolute rip off and scam. Completely inaccurate and false advertising - will be reporting to consumer affairs and requesting charge backs from my bank.

Zero assistance from the parking attendant/security with rectifying this when I was there.

Avoid the headache and $115 loss

Very disappointing experience. We entered around 7pm on a Thursday night and missed the poorly placed, tiny sign that says the car park shuts at 8pm. When we returned after a concert, there were several other cars in our position, unable to access the carpark. We called and payed the $120 call out fee and waited for someone to let us in. While we admit that we didn't see the sign and made a mistake, the attitude of the man who came to open the gate was appalling. The first thing he said was "didn't any of you read the sign?" in such a rude manor, we were all taken aback. He continued to insult us all, called one lady a "gutter rat" and insisted that everyone present pay $120 each for a call out fee. He reluctantly let us in after some arguing back and forth. If so many people are making the same mistake, the signage is not clear enough about the opening hours. While we accept responsibility for our part, the behaviour and attitude of this man was unprofessional and down right disgusting.

If there is a way to give a 0 star I would do it! This place is misleading, profit-oriented, worst parking at all! They have a sign saying casual rate from $6. But only after we have to pay that we realised it is only half hour $6 and crazily increased to $80 for two hours. This place just wants to steal money! Avoid this place!

$52 for 1 hour and 20min. That is ludicrous

minus 739392049494748484884 stars. Shockingly deceiving service It would have been cheaper parking my car on the nature strip and getting fined or towed!

Worst management. I don’t remember the name of the manager but he was so rude and arrogant, used abusive language. I wish I could report his behaviour to police. If anyone can help how to report his behaviour to top level management.

Absolute scam! Sells out of "early bird" parking but the car parks empty when you arrive and no fuller when you leave. This is the same for lots of Wilson car parks!

Bookings don't mean anything. People paying casual rates get preference and can take your spot.

They can do better.
